The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Boarding Aachen

Our green island in central location allows a comfortable living on 63qm. The fully renovated old building of an old customs house offers high ceilings and a pleasant indoor climate. The large garden or a red wine at the end of the day under the roofed terrace is also relaxing. In addition to a visit to the Carolus Thermen, we also recommend the historic old town of Aachen or a trip to the Eifel National Park. The campus of the RWTH Aachen is about 10km away - the CHIO area is closer.

Der Zugang zu unserer Gästewohnung befindet sich abseits der Strasse und führt über unseren Innenhof.

Verblijf heeft een eigen entree, hal met toilet, woonkamer / keuken en op de bovenverdieping een slaapkamer met een luxe bed en badkamer met douche en toilet. De keuken is volledig ingericht met koelkast, afwasmachine, oven en magnetron. Heerlijke koffie via een Nespresso koffiezetter. Interessante korting bij boeking voor week of maand.

Hier findet man Ruhe und Zeit zum entspannen. Obwohl man sich mitten in der Natur befindet, benötigt man nur 10 Min. in die Innenstadt. (Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Es liegt im Centrum von Aachen, ca. 5–7 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Aachener Dom, Carolus Thermen, Stadt Park, Weihnachtsmarkt. Zum Chio sind es ca. 2 km mit dem Auto oder 20–30 Minuten Fußweg durch schönen Stadtpark. Ab 01.01.2026 erhebt die Stadt Aachen 2,50 € pro Person und Übernachtung. Die Abgabe ist bei Ankunft zu zahlen.

Holzhausflair Nähe Aachen

Unweit von Aachen liegt das Holzhaus in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Der Wald, mit dem Naherholungsgebiet Wurmtal, beginnt eine Strasse weiter. Das Gästehaus liegt nur 10 Autominuten von der Soers (CHIO) entfernt. Die Aachener Innenstadt ist auch mit dem Bus komfortabel zu erreichen. In der Weihnachtszeit lockt einer der schönsten Weihnachtsmärkte Deutschlands und im Sommer tolle Openairkonzerte kurz über der Genze in den Niederlanden.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
