Janine was a very lovely host. Their place is exactly how they described it! Every one in our group enjoyed every bit of our stay in this lovely and serene escape among the treetops in Avoca!🥰

Fabulous location with great cafe across the road, playground next door and the village shops around the corner. Place was nicely appointed with comfortable beds. Donna was v responsive and provided great suggestions of places to visit.

Great little house with pet friendly yard and secure fence. Clean and no noticeable pet hair/odours. The wifi didn’t work for our first 5 days but Paul went out if his way to fix this issue by getting a booster for the existing setup. This fixed the problem so hopefully not a problem for future guests. Kitchen has basic equipment to manage self catering. We enjoyed our stay- lots of nice parks around and a short walk to aquatic centre, supermarket and dog park.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

What a delight The old schoolhouse was to spend time. Kerry and Peter were very welcoming and it was so easy. The schoolhouse is very comfortable and well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches. We loved all the history of the place and information provided. It was quiet and very relaxing. A short walk to beach and pub! The absolute best thing is Kerry and Peter kept our little doggo company when we attended our function. Highly recommend this lovely place and the hosts.

Wonderful location and comfortable stay.

A wonderful stay in a great big house with plenty of space and things to do. The host was very amenable and helpful and we had a wonderful time. Rooms were comfortable and the big loft space with lots of beds would suit a group with lots of older children, to have a big sleepover of sorts. Well fenced and set up for dogs too, with plenty of parks and dog friendly beaches nearby. Kitchen and cooking facilities had everything you need to actually cook, even for the larger groups that could fit in such a big house.

Had such a beautiful peaceful stay 🙏the house was perfect and so close to the beach. Beautiful back entertainment area also. And the host was lovely and very fast msg response! I will definitely be booking again

We enjoyed a couple of days at the Pool House in Caves Beach. Good location, an easy walk to the beach, shops and cafes. The Pool House was perfect for our needs, very clean, well equipped, private and the fridge was thoughtfully stocked with milk, bread, eggs, wine and beer and other provisions. A very comfortable stay, thank you.

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

My family along with 2 other families stayed during the Easter break. The stay was pleasant as it was very spacious, comfortable and quiet with lots of things to do and enjoy. Most importantly, our kids enjoyed swimming, playing pool and ping pong. If there is another chance, we’ll definitely rebook this place. Sarah was also very responsive and made it easy to check in. Victoria was a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful in the lead up to our stay and upon arrival. The place is a great size, has great views and had everything we needed for a few days, great location, walking tracks nearby and only a 5 min drive to local restaurants, cafes and shops. The breakfast provided was also an awesome addition, thanks for having us!

we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

Niel was already in touch with us before we arrived and explained everything about the check in and the property. The location was ideal and easy access to everything. What stood out was amenities and we had a great time in jacuzzi and it was so relaxing and Niel was very responsive and helped with our tiny needs as well. Can’t wait to go back there!

We had a great time at Stephen's place! The pool provides great entertainment, the place was immaculate, versatile and convenient and Stephen was very responsive when we had questions. We loved the touch of music in the media room!

We loved staying at Shauna's place in Spencer. A lovely secluded house and cabin in Breakfast creek. the house is expansive and cosy with plentiful amenities. We loved feeding and petting the beautiful horses as well - Molly was definitely the most inquisitive ❤️

If Chey’s spot is available, JUMP ON IT! It’s a relaxing & serene private space for a great price. Her home is easy, and a private to get in & out of easily. I also loved her dogs, and even got to meet Chey. She & her dogs are LOVELY! Would definitely stay here again.

We found Simon's place to be clean, tidy and all necessary amenities were provided. When required he replied to my questions promptly and was very obliging. Our elderly furry baby was also very happy in the small, fenced yard. The beds and lounge were very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs accommodation in Newcastle at a reasonable price and within good distance to the city.

our family had holiday trip to sydney , and we are really happy to live here, 2mins walking distance to thailand n chinese food, also to aldi supermarket, at home they provide everything we need, and first come here he provide bread , drink n milk, the place is very quite confortable n i had good sleep here. Chen really helpfull too, overal we enjoy our stay here
