It opens up to outdoor private setting with spa pool, fire pit, Bbq , etc. The 2 rooms both have super king beds that can be changed into 4 singles if needed. The 3 rd bedroom is a sleepout it has a queen bed and is attached to the full gym and sauna it also has the laundry and glamping style toilet/shower.

The cottage suits a couple and in the lounge is a sofa bed for a third guest. If there is only two of you and you require the sofa bedding please let us know at booking. Close by is Muriwai Beach with its gannet colony and surfing, also the magnificent Kaipara Harbour, Woodhill and Riverhead forests. Ideally situated for those travelling via the scenic Kaipara Coast and 40-60 min to AKL airport.

Ian and I welcome you to a taste of country life and country noise, an hours drive from Auckland City. The Shed offers peaceful rural and water views plus the occasional visit from wild deer and peacock. Nesting swallows on the porch in case you have a fear of birds! It is a restful stop on your travels, or an escape from the hustle bustle of life. Stand alone with a garage between it and the main house. Lots of outdoors space, within easy travelling distance of the city. Guests can chose whether or not to provide their own linen. There is an extra charge of $25.00 per person for linen.
