A cosy bungalow set on a large 600sqm block. All amenities updated. A spacious deck offers a leafy outlook with plenty of birds for company. The bungalow backs onto a big oval. A comfortable 10-15 minute walk into town and Wonthaggi's walking trails. It has a functional kitchen, clean and reliable hot shower, and space to relax. The Bungalow is a 6-minute drive to some stunning beaches and conveniently located 10 mins from Inverloch and 30 mins from PI.

It is an open yet cosy space situated in the heart of our 80 acre regenerative farm, with our sheds and market gardens on one side, and on the other an expanse of fields stretching down to the Tarwin River.
