Luxstowe House is a historic cottage surrounded by wild, sprawling gardens on acres of land hidden just 5 mins drive from Bowral. Brimming with beautiful artworks and an abundance of books - it's a home you will never want to leave! The sweet country cottage is set at the bottom of a tree-lined drive and below an old barn once used as a sculpture studio and now as a tree nursery. Only 1.5 hours from Sydney, it will transport you to another world so you can relax & recharge on your next getaway.

Pavilions Garden Cottages - Olaf and Tilia

Inside the private Pavilion gardens you will find two separate cottages - Olaf and Tilia. They are ‘tiny houses’ – small but perfect with every amenity and fully self-contained. Olaf is nestled in the garden, surrounded by trees and flowers. Tilia, at the top of the drive, enjoys a rural view up the hill with sheep, cows and the odd kangaroo jumping by. Both have outside fire pits for marshmallow toasting on brisk Highlands nights. We are 5 mins drive from both Mittagong and Bowral main streets.

Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. A historic pub, a cellar door, galleries, speciality shops, cafes, restaurants, historical places of interest and beautiful bush walks are all within walking distance from the cottage.

Our Guest House is located at Dunmore Lakes, 1.5hr drive from Sydney, and is ideally a short drive to local beaches and villages, such as The Farm at Killalea, Shellharbour Village, South Beach, Minnamurra Rainforest, Kiama Village which boasts numerous cafe's and Restaurants along the main street. The beautiful town of Berry is also a twenty minute drive away. Jamberoo is a great little village featuring the iconic Jamberoo Pub, and the renowned Action Ski Park.

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds.
