A great place to rest and recuperate! We would enjoy getting to vacation here again.

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) stayed at the house over Spring break and had plenty of space. The cabin was located perfect for our crystal digging adventures. After digging, we would come back and clean the crystals on the back porch watching the sun set. The hot tub was small, but it worked out. We rotated small groups at a time. The inside of the house was open and inviting. We could all be in the same space or retreat to our rooms if needed. It had everything that we needed, minus food, which helps when traveling.

You think you need 3 days away? You need 5 and you need them right here in this tranquil, deeply restorative, quaint, rustic cabin. This cabin is overflowing with unique touches and extreme hospitality, so many little decorative touches and treats we couldn't enjoy them all in our 3 day stay. Which brings me back to you MUST book 5 days minimum! LOL From the porch swing naps to the Hot Tub soaks, everything was in perfect order. We had a small problem with the hot plate and a replacement was immediately provided. Do you know how incredible that was? You are literally in the middle of NOWHERE and POOF, instant response. Incredible. We were already in love with this little place, but that kind of attention takes it to the next level. I can't recommend Fancy Hills highly enough. We hope to stay again and again and again.

Quaint little space perfect for a couple or small family. Everything you need and peaceful! Hot tub was spot nightly after riding atvs all day! Highly recommend!!!

Staying at this secluded woodland Airbnb was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the peaceful sounds of rustling leaves and birdsong—an instant invitation to relax and unwind. The cabin itself was cozy, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could ever need and so much more. Waking up each morning to gorgeous forest views through the large windows felt like stepping into a fairytale. Whether sipping coffee on the deck, riding the atv trails, or stargazing by the firepit at night, every moment was infused with tranquility. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing local tips, firewood, and even handmade soaps that smelt beyond amazing. This wasn’t just a stay—it was a full experience of serenity, beauty, and connection to nature. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning our return. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from it all, this is the place.

We loved everything about this cabin! The upstairs game room was perfect for my kids, and my favorite part was the back porch overlooking the foothills of the Ouachitas. The hot tub was crystal clear and very clean and the perfect way to end the day after hiking and exploring the beautiful surrounding areas. Tommy was always responsive and helpful, and kindly answered any questions I had about the cabin or the area. We would love to visit again one day and 10/10 recommend this home!

The cabin was a great stay! The area was peaceful and only a 10 min drive to town. The bed was comfy and the shower temp/water pressure was very good. There’s no tv but that’s perfect for a getaway. Rita was very helpful with directions and had great recommendations. Would love to come back!

These hosts were amazing! Great experience they really went above and beyond. Our stay was 2 weeks and they even offered laundry access. Very accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend.

Tucked into beautiful and secluded area. Cabin was a great way to escape the city life. My kids and dog loved the space and the ability to venture around in the area. Laura had great communication. Loved it! Thanks again!

Nice clean small group of cabins with nice drive to crater of diamonds state park. Quiet and close to the lake. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at the coon cabin . It ls a no frills place but thats what made it nice for us. Just being able to be sculded and enjoy a new area was excatly what we were looking for. DOC the dog could be a little intimidating just due to his size! Upon arrival he guided us to the cabin and was super friendly from the start. He hung around most of the time we were home. He got along great with us and our dog wonderfully. I would definitely recommend this place for someone that likes the cabin vibe!

No surprises and was pretty much exactly as we expected. Great little place that had all we needed. Furniture is comfortable and in great shape. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything went well and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This beautiful secluded area was just gorgeous! We spent time exploring the area.

Our second stay here and it met all of our needs. We did have trouble turning around with the trailer so double check with the hostess if you plan to bring one with you.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. My son caught a bass in the Caddo River right away and it made him so happy! We also enjoyed a nice walk with our dogs along the old railway trail. Super peaceful stay. Thank you again for letting us use your cabin for our Arkansas spring break adventure!

Perfectly private location to watch a total solar eclipse! From the firepit and firewood at night, to coffee on the porch in the morning. It was perfect. The tiny cabin had everything we needed. There were cows lowing in the field, a crows nest, neighborhood dogs visiting each other (not us). Would definitely come back.

Very helpful and responsive host. The cabin is incredible and they thought of so many different things- air hockey game, cornhole boards, small slide for kids, etc…Wolf pen gap trails were easy to get to and Mena was close.

The Magnolia Cabin at Ouachita River Haven was incredible! The peaceful environment is just what our family was looking for. There is lots to do on the property, such as fishing, hiking, kayak and canoes, as well as exploring and checking out the owners animals. My kids loved Thomas the Turkey. It was nice that the owners live there in the property, once we needed something, although we had everything we needed. Great place!! Also, not too far of a drive to some great crystal mines and Lake Ouachita, about 20-30 minutes.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and is in an amazing location, close to trails, parks and the store! Play in the woods all day to come home to a beautiful cabin and outstanding deck with all the things for a wonderful evening. Everything you could need and more, we can’t wait to come back!! Thanks for making our trip so memorable!!

The place was perfect! Location for ATV riding was outstanding. A wood fireplace made the environment cozy and warm. The hot tub was clean and it had powerful jets. The cabin was very clean and the decor was on point. Overall, I give it a 10 out of 10!

great place! everything was sparkling clean, welcoming and relaxing. Kandi went above and beyond for us since I had originally booked for the wrong days. she was quick to respond and flexible. the bed was comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. everything we needed was already there. The yard was nice and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the the evenings. There were many personalized little touches that we loved and the bottle of wine and cookies for our anniversary made us feel all the more welcome! we will be staying here next year!

Our first time in Arkansas and our stay was great! Cabin was nice, clean, and cozy. It had everything we needed. Easy access to ride out to Wolf Pen Gap trails. Would definitely book again!
