Welcome to your home away from home — a beautifully restored ground floor flat just 5 minutes' walk from Witney town centre, and a perfect gateway to the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the city of Oxford. This property was built by my great grandfather and is now lovingly managed by the 4th generation of our family. Witney Hideaway has been professionally decorated to a high standard, combining the charm of original antiques and period features with every modern convenience.

A lovely, well-appointed guest suite in the garden of our main home at the Oval. Perfect for short stays, this annex provides privacy while remaining part of our property. Self-contained for convenience with en-suite shower room, open living/kitchen area, and log burner for cosy winter months. Guests have private parking allocated opposite the house. Please note: This annex is part of our main residence and is available for short-term lets on an ad hoc basis

GO-taxis or Harvey can take you to Caswell house, Pubs, & restaurants etc.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Retreat in the Cotswolds

Get away from the city and rent a beautiful, furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, detached dormer bungalow in the picturesque village of South Leigh. The spacious back garden has a balconied patio area with steps leading down to the lawn, at the end of which is a stream. Views look out to fields beyond. The renowned Masons Arms pub in the village offers excellent food and drink. And we are 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Witney.

The Old Corner Cottage is the perfect cosy hideaway to return to after a day of sightseeing and exploring the wonderful Cotswolds. Being period it has all the lovely features you would expect from a cottage of this age including a lovely inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove and exposed ceiling beams in the sitting room and dining room. When you are in the cottage you could be anywhere as it is so peaceful.
