This place is perfect for a family visiting Oxford. Wonderful host, easy to get to the shops and into the centre of Oxford by bus. Highly recommended.

It's the second time we've stayed at Rosebank. It's a perfect apartment - comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful place and feels like being in a boutique place - it's finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings. Josie is friendly, accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place. It's well placed, a short walk from town and good restaurants and a lovely pub on your doorstep too. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Cheltenham,walking distance to the centre of town. Well set out apartment,spacious and clutter free. Fantastic location. Can definitely recommend anyone wanting to be in the centre of the town.

This apartment is in an excellent location in Oxford. Everything can be reached on foot. We were there for the May Morning celebrations and could access everything easily. The flat is well equipped despite being small. There was quite a lot of noise from traffic at night. We enjoyed our stay. Oxford in May sunshine is hard to beat!

Fantastic place for our family, including our young daughter. The location was very central, and the apartment had everything needed for us (we stayed for a week). Absolutely no complaints and George was incredibly responsive throughout our stay for anything we needed.

We absolutely loved this stay. The town of Woodstock is adorable. Vanessa’s place is perfectly located, just to walk around in evening or walk to Blenheim Palace. I would definitely come again and stay here if back this way. Water pressure was good. Never ran out of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen appliances worked great. Quiet area. Super clean.

This little cottage is the perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds! It is in very close walking distance to many great restaurants and pubs for when we arrived back. As a fellow Airbnb host I appreciated many of the amenities your place had to offer. The kitchen is very well stocked if you prefer to stay in for any meals. The beds and bedding were comfy and very clean. We were a group of three couples so we really appreciated the en-suite bathrooms. The value for the location is exceptional! Thank you Christine and John, I will be sure to share this location with any fellow travelers!

Wonderful experience staying in Richard’s flat for 3+ months. The location was perfect for me. The apartment was very comfortable. Richard was helpful, not only with questions about the apartment but also with questions about living in Oxford overall. A terrific experience!

We had a lovely time during our stay at Jenny’s house in Stow on the Wold. There is lots to do and the house is located within easy walking distances of lots of lovely shops, restaurants and pubs. The surrounding countryside is beautiful too! Would definitely recommend! Thank you ☺️

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time; this time with the addition of my doggies! Perfect location for all our activities for the weekend and we had a lovely time. Brett left us chocolates/sweets on the pillows for us and even a bag of dog treats for the pooches! (Which they thoroughly enjoyed). Even on the weekend Brett still answered my messages which is so kind of him. The stair gate was perfect at keeping the dogs downstairs and the house was perfectly clean, tidy and has plenty of full cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ready for you if you need almost anything! Kindly also left us milk in the fridge and tea bags/coffee for us to use. Also let us use both car spaces outside of the property. Overall Brett is a great host and this is a great listing. In a huge rainstorm the house stayed perfectly warm and comfortable (and dry!). We will be hopefully coming back on future trips here.

lovely place, great base for walking. local shop (co-op) and pub both easily walkable. spacious lounge and a beautiful courtyard which, if the weather holds, is a fantastic place for a relaxed breakfast.

I have stayed in various B&Bs in different countries including the UK and Spain, but have to say that this property was probably my favourite thus far. It is excellently located in Chipping Norton, which is a quaint village by itself and located near farm shops which I adore. There is a hidden bedroom behind a fake bookcase, I have added this to my Pinterest board for home inspiration :) Our party of 5 loved the amenities; 2 very clean bathrooms, a sizeable kitchen and lovely garden. Lots of animal decorations adorn the house which superbly fits with the Cotswolds. James and Samantha also provided us with a fresh loaf of bread, strawberry jam, coffee, tea, and milk for our breakfasts! Lastly, we had a lovely evening playing the Cotswolds version of Monopoly and the Jumanji board games! Long story short: We would highly recommend staying here

We had a great stay and Carola has been ever so kind and very responsive. She came to introduce herself and even helped us with our luggages on the way out. The apartment is exactly how shown on photos and it was very clean and tidy, lovely decor and furniture, we felt quickly at home. The check in was super easy and we've found all the instructions and many recommendations in the guest book, us welcome bundle. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay in the apartment. There was everything we needed, the space was great and really well cleaned and looked after. Sandip's instructions for check in made it so easy and he sent us lots of recommendations for places to go and things to do nearby. There's plenty to do within walking distance which was perfect for us. Parking is quite tight but if you have people to help you, it is doable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We absolutely loved our visit to Chipping Campden and staying at Pearl’s! The view from our deck was so beautiful and access to the Cotswold Way trails was so convenient. We hiked two full days while we were there - Pearl was so helpful sharing her trail maps with us! The restaurants and pubs were lovely, as was sitting on our deck sipping our morning coffee or enjoying an evening glass of wine. Do not hesitate to book this place! It’s lovely!

Natalia was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and very helpful when we had questions regarding the apartment, which made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself was very clean and matched the description on the website. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay for our Christmas holidays.

Very comfortable and well appointed. Lots of thoughtful touches. Great place to explore Cheltenham from and a great base for any of Cheltenham's festivals. We had a great stay here and have booked to visit again. Highly recommended.
