With private parking for two cars, an enclosed garden for privacy, and the lake and local eateries just a short stroll away, this is your base for exploring the best of the Lakes.

Kittiwake is a modern 1 bedroom studio apartment

Kittiwake is a luxury top-floor apartment set in a peaceful location, positioned between Bowness and Windermere village. A short walk leads to Lake Windermere, as well as local shops and restaurants. The open-plan living space includes a fully equipped modern kitchen and a stylish bathroom featuring a luxury freestanding bath. Guests are provided with two spa passes for the Old England Hotel & Spa, including pool access and a dining discount. Complimentary parking included at the apartment.

Lots of water activities in the area, along with lovely walks over fells and mountains.

Penelope is a brand new, ground floor studio apartment, just a few minutes stroll from Bowness town centre and 10-minute stroll from Lake Windermere, with a parking space immediately outside its front door. The Warren is based in the heart of Bowness on Windermere, 0.4 miles down to Lake Windermere. We have plenty of bars and restaurants on our door step and the Beatrix Potter Attraction is around 2 minutes walk. We have parking for one car so you can park up and access all that Bowness has to offer. There are many walks that can be accessed straight from the property. The open top tour bus runs from the bottom of the road. We welcome families and are always on hand to share information.

The Mount - Kendal

The Mount is a newly refurbished stylish apartment that is part of No 10 Mount Pleasant, a former private girls finishing school. Mount Pleasant and The Mount building is over 200 years old. Situated in Kendal town centre (there's a two minute walk down the hill into town) the Mount is surrounded by local greens and parkland and to the west of the building boasts a beautiful golf course, fell and woodland for keen walkers. Within 100 meters there is a welcoming traditional drinking pub.

View to the Fells is a two bedroom apartment over two floors situated minutes from the centre of Ambleside. Views to Loughrigg Fell and the Fairfield Horseshoe dominate with the rooftops of Ambleside below. The Coniston Fells are also clearly visible (weather permitting). The apartment faces south west and benefits from afternoon and evening sun. A private balcony is accessed from the kitchen; just the place to sit and relax after a day on the fells , so makes the most of the sunsets.

Dorothy’s place is part of an 18th Century Villa. Adults only no children allowed. Everything you need for that perfect romantic break. Guests get full use of the large garden and woodland to take in the stunning view. If travelling by train our advice would be get a taxi from the station as can be difficult to find on foot . Guests are welcome to park up as early as you want before check in or drop luggage off in a safe place,but please let us know in advance.
