Situated between the medieval town of Sandwich and seaside coast of Deal within a 10 minute drive each way. Canterbury just 20 minutes further, there is plenty to see whilst away.

Divided into four fully equipped holiday homes, the Old School House offers the opportunity to stay in a beautiful listed building with fully equipped modern comfort. We accommodate family groups in the four homes (+cots), dog friendly.

Cosy, rustic, character-filled barn conversion with fantastic views over the countryside & coastline. A place to relax, reflect and be at one with nature. One of the endearing barn's features is it's original varying ceiling heights. Please be mindful that the ceiling in the bathroom, bedroom and TV seating area are very low. (Some areas are 5ft7).

A unique rural getaway at Hut in the Vines. Discreetly nestled at the back end of or tiny vineyard, which is now in its 8th year. and very private. Our home is 70 metres away but your space is private with a vineyard view. Outside, there is a traditional, wood-burning hot tub, covered eating area with bbq and wood-fired pizza oven and an electric wall heater-lit with festoon lighting. ONE Small doggy welcome.
