within walking distance to everything, but off the main street as o it was quieter than being right in the middle of everything. Unit was on the bottom floor which was a plus if you have issues with stairs. we had a couple with 3 small kids above us, so there was a lot of foot noise until they went to bed.

Very nice spot. Clean and comfy. If you are sensitive to noise, you will be able to hear neighbors staying in other units (bring a box fan). However we didnt have an issue, and no one was excessively loud. The bed is firm, but not unbearable. If you require soft i'd reccomend bringing something soft to lay on, if you love firm beds, its the perfect firmness. We had no issue walking to town from the unit. If you are able bodied, you dont have to drive if you dont want to. That was great to not have to pay/find parking. Overall we would stay again :).

Fantastic location, walkable to so many shops, restaurants and attractions. Condo is nicely decorated and was perfect for our group of 4 adults. We’ll definitely return!

The room is pretty standard fare. However, you can't beat the location. Everything is in walking distance. Parking can be a bit of a pain, depending the time of year. Plus, anticipate neighbors given the location. The chair in the room was quite uncomfortable, but the bed was very fine. Not too many amenities, so plan to bring your own. Outside of that, checking in was easy. Nathan is quite responsive and very flexible. Very much recommended!

when traveling to Helen, GA you probably will be outside 98% of the time you're there. This room was exactly as advertised ind in immediate walking distance to all of the local town attractions.

Great stay! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Helen and we were a super short drive from Tray Mountain Rd which is fun for our jeep fam.

We enjoyed our trip, the room was in a great location and walking distance to most everything in town.

Edward’s place is nice and quiet. A great place for weary travelers. He had the heater going when I arrived so the room was nice and cozy.

The stay was pleasant! Was worry at first that we wouldn’t be able to have a late checkout but Leonard, was super friendly & helpful. We were able to get the exact schedule we needed. The place was gorgeous, & super comfortable. My partner & i even mentioned wanting a home like this one. It’s a decor that catches your eye. Definitely staying again!

The place was clean and within walking distance of pretty much everything we wanted to do during our weekend getaway. Can’t wait to go back in the summer to go tubing.

Perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. Had a little issue with hot water the first night, but made a plan to spread out shower time between all and we no longer had the issue. In walking distance to the town!

Cute 2 bedroom 3 full bath with pull out couch, every room including living area has balcony access. Right in the middle of Helen you can walk to anything! Big daddy’s restaurant near by was great as well!

This is our 2nd time staying at Leonard’s Airbnb and it was just as great as the last. Wonderful place makes you feel right at home and the host is very friendly! I will continue to book this Airbnb on my trips to Helen!

The waterside view was beautiful and peaceful! The place had everything we needed for a great time at Octoberfest for my husband’s birthday!

Great little weekend getaway for our family of 4 including 2 small children. So many amenities and lots to do. The view from the patio with the porch swing was amazing!

Such a great stay here for our little family! The condo was even nicer than the pictures - and just steps away from the river and playground. 10 minute walk to the main area of town, but there were fun things that were just 1-3 minute walk away. Can’t wait to come back!

It's a nice place to stay for the price. It is a little loud but that is to be expected in such close quarters. It was close to everything in town. We enjoyed our trip.

Nathan’s place is right in the center of Helen. Easy to find, easy to check-in, and clean.
