Cosy cottage in the suffolk country side

Our Cosy cottage is located between the lovely market towns of Beccles Bungay & Halesworth. Quiet village with its historic church is Ideally situated and only 20 mins from the Suffolk coast, Norwich,Norfolk Broads and all the local attractions such as Lattitude, Snape Maltings, Aldburgh Carnival. We are 10 mins from St Peters Brewery also The raw milk shed is 10 mins away where Baron Bigod cheese is made, 2 mins on is The Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation museum. Sizewell is 20 miles from us.

Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

You and your dog/s can enjoy a private enclosed meadow to sit and watch the wildlife fly over head. Dip your feet in the River Waveney situated alongside the dog friendly village pub, a mere 5 mins walk away or stroll along to the woods. Your young child/ren too can experience glamping, we can set up a chair bed with a mattress topper for a cosy stay. Den building in the meadow will be a delight as they embrace nature around them. Greenbanks in Reedham - a Broadland village

The accommodation is attached to our house but self-contained, comprising sitting room with fold down table & chairs for dining, kitchenette, shower room & bedroom. Private entrance via french doors overlooking the garden & parking on drive. Basic essentials provided. Milk, cereal & pastries for each day & a home made treat on arrival. When you arrive the property will have been empty for 24 hours & will have been fully cleaned & disinfected following the previous guests departure,

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Bonneys Barn Retreat - Luxury homely getaway

Welcoming you to Bonney’s Barn Retreat we provide you with a comfortable contemporary environment to rest and relax in with Access to WIFI. There are two lounges to choose from, open plan living or a snug lounge with chess table and Games to entertain you. The 1st bedroom is set up with a super king bed. The 2nd bedroom is a double bed with desk area. The mezzanine level is quirky with amazing views . It has limited head room max (1.5 meters) with a double mattress.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
