Your own three private cabins are nestled near 800 year old trees and joined with decks and pathways for you to wander and discover your bath. The bedroom opens out to a covered deck, and the full kitchen has a covered area with a large outdoor dining table and gas BBQ. Up the steps to the bathroom with a fresh, waterless, European electric toilet. Close to nature, beaches, markets, walks, cafes and fun.

Sunset Guesthouse

Our family friendly, self contained guesthouse is situated on a beautiful lifestyle block, only 12 minutes drive from Matakana and 2 minutes from the incredible Mathesons Bay and surrounding Leigh area. Sleeping 4, this spacious guesthouse has a bedroom with double bed, and a loft with a super king Ecosa mattress and views of the stars through a skylight. The front deck has loads of space to relax and bbq, and a private outdoor bath to soak up the sunsets and views over Whangateau harbour.

Great Spot by the Estuary in Whangateau Harbour

This bach is a great spot with jetty by the water. 3 bedroom completely renovated in 2022 with a new kitchen and disabled bathroom. 3 queen beds, plus 3 single mattresses on the lounge floor can accommodate up to 9 people. Harbour and small beach across the road. Within 2 hours of high tide you can access Whangateau harbour right off the deck. 2 neighbouring properties (listed as "A Kiwi Classic") mean you can be together or separate for family groups of up to 20 or more.
