This was a great house for a family reunion. The space was large and the location very convenient to head into Manchester City. The hot tub is surprisingly great for up to 4 people. Plenty of beds are spread out across the 2 top floors. The house was clean, comfortable and easy to keep warm.

This was a great place to stay - it was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Check in and check out was very easy. Adam was communicative, extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. Would love to return if in Manchester again.

We had a brilliant weekend stay in Michelle's family home, which was absolutely perfect as a base with our two children and grandma for a family wedding. The house is huge and beautifully decorated, and set up with everything you could need to entertain the kids (a stunning garden in the sunshine as well!). We loved the open plan kitchen space looking out onto the garden. Michelle was so helpful and brilliant at communicating with us, all the information provided was so useful. A wonderful home from home, really couldn't have asked for more. We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much xx

Perfect property, in a great location and a fantastic host. The house was everything we needed for our short 2 day stay. Great location for walking in the peaks and for visiting Buxton. We ate at local restaurant A Tavola (1min walk from the house) and it was absolutely incredible. Highly recommended property!

We had a lovely 3 night stay here and we would recommend to anyone visiting Sale or Manchester. Rachel is a great host, we had everything we needed in the apartment. To get to central Manchester was very easy using the tram. Would definitely return when we come back to Manchester.

It was a pleasant stay. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathrooms were clean. there was some cosmetic damage which we were informed of before arrival. Some Bulbs were missing in most lights. the sauna didn't seem to come on or turn off when we liked and there wasn't clear instructions on its use. The control panel didn't seem to be attached to the wall properly. I would recommend this stay to others looking for something similar.

We had a lovely stay at Fatima's place, it was as described and walkable to the centre. Inside was cosy and clean. The price was extremely reasonable for the number of rooms, a bargain!
