Miriam’s house is very welcoming, it’s her own home & feels cosy & comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard surrounded by plants and loved being so close to the centre of Norwich, just a short walk from shops, cafes, the river & cathedral.

Het huis was zo fijn en perfect voor ons gezin. Het weer was prachtig dus we konden ook genieten van de mooie, fleurige tuin. Alles was aanwezig en onze fietsen konden we in de tuin kwijt. Cambridge is heel groen en gezellig. Guy was heel vriendelijk, duidelijk en snel in antwoorden. We hebben echt heerlijke dagen gehad.

Enjoyed Lindsey's home. She was very hospitable and great at responding to text and emails. We had a small issue with some burned out light bulbs that were up high in the bathroom and she was on it immediately to add more bulbs. She was a wonderful host! It was a very comfortable home with a lovely garden out back, perfect place for morning coffee. We had everything we needed in the kitchen which was well stocked. The stairs are very small & narrow so you need to be careful going up and down.

Wonderful place for a 1 night stay with 10 others. Each and every bedroom was clean and spotless. Will 100% be in contact with Oliver should we ever come back to Newmarket again :)

We had a really good time here and enjoyed the house as a place to be. The house is a renovated three-bedroom Victorian terrace, with a kitchen and bathroom at the back of the ground floor and a steep set of stairs between the lounge and dining room. The third bedroom is accessible through the second bedroom. It is convenient for getting into the centre of town. It is suitable for children, though with two toddlers we brought a portable stairgate with us.

This was the perfect place for our family! The house was spacious and modern, with many amenities. The decor is colorful and fun, and there were so many books and toys and parks close by to keep my three kids very happy! I loved being able to cook dinner (with lots of storage space cleared out for our food) but the convenience of shops and restaurants by a five minute walk was fantastic. Lindsey was a great host and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place!

Had a lovely break in Ely. Bobs house was very cosy and had everything we needed! It was the perfect location for our visit to Ely cathedral, which you can see from the house! Would recommend the Octagon Tower tour, but not for people with a fear of heights! We had a couple of meals at Wildwood restaurant in Ely High Street that were very good also! Fitzwilliam museum in Cambridge was very interesting too and entrance is free!

Lovely, historic house within walking distance of the city centre. Some nice architectural features on show with lots of rooms beyond the three good-sized bedrooms - plenty of space to relax in. Lovely pool, kitchen and dining area and more garden around the side of the property which you might otherwise overlook. A quiet, residential location yet it’s only a short walk to the local shops and barely a mile to the city centre. Jane was awfully responsive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend should you want a nice place in Norwich (and did we mention the pool?!)

Place was clean and neat. AC wasn’t functioning as intended on 2nd and 3rd floor

Our stay was brilliant, Heike's home was warm, clean, with beautiful decor, and a lovely garden, and she'd given us some lovely extras such as wine, biscuits, doggy things, foil tins for our Christmas meal, and had put up Christmas decorations - it was all very thoughtful. And Heike was very responsive which was very much appreciated. The neighbourhood is quiet and river walks are a 5min drive away. We all had a lovely Christmas, thank you Heike!

Great house, very clean. hotel standard linnen and towels. basic essentials supplied like shampoo, bin liners ect. great location. nice house. good fast communication with owners fantastic. would use again. definitely recommend.

We totally loved Tess's cottage and the location was perfect. The house has been lovingly furnished and Tess's beautiful and serene artworks adorn the walls. The kitchen has everything you need if you're cooking for yourself. It feels really comfortable and like a home, not a holiday let. We especially enjoyed the collection of art books! It's a peaceful countryside location but easy to get into Cambridge - we walked in across Grantchester meadows most days. We came without a car so took a cab from the station with our suitcases - quick and straightforward and only around £10. Tess is a great host, she allowed us to check in a bit early and check out a bit late which was really helpful. She communicated really well before and during our stay but wasn't intrusive in any way. Can't recommend enough!

Wonderful house to stay in, everything you could possibly need and more in the house. Feels cozy and the fireplace definitely helps with that! The location is great, close to the town centre but in a nice quiet neighbourhood.

Tram was nothing less than a fantastic hope. She was so supportive as a fellow mum and as a host. I felt at home right away and the house was well stocked with everything you could need. The area felt safe and there was ample parking. The house was always warm and a very clean, clutter free space and my two daughters enjoyed playing with the toys! Thanks Tram!

Had a very comfortable and lovely stay in this beautiful house! It was perfect for the longer stay I needed, with a well appointed kitchen and plenty of linens as well as the washer and dryer. The host and co host were both extremely helpful and friendly too!

My second stay at Samantha's and Leanne was just as wonderful as the first one. Great and cozy apartment and very tidy. I'm very glad I was staying here.

Japonica House was a lovely bright and spacious home. It was a short stroll into the town and a 5 minute walk to the local park for the children. It provided a great base for us to catch up with family members living in that area. Cawdrons butchers do lovely filled roast baguettes for lunch and we tried Apple Tree chinese too, which was delicious. We were lucky with the weather, so visited Waxham Sands but didn't spot any seals this time. We also had an afternoon at Hemsby, where the children enjoyed the Arcades. We took a drive over to Pleasurewood Hills for the day, which hasn't changed much since I was a child. There were also lots of nice walks for out for our crazy cockapoo. The house was clean, and inviting and Gary was a friendly and informative host. We will definitely book again in the future and my youngest is already keen to come back! Thanks Gary.

I had stayed at Kelly-Anne's place once previously and so, was very comfortable re-booking it for a second time. The home is in a great location, right in the middle of town and I think that honestly, that's my favourite feature. The house is super clean and comfortable and catered to all of our vacation needs.... Thank you so much...we'll be back!

Summa summarum hatten wir einen sehr guten Aufenthalt. Es ist ein hochwertiges mit echt Holz Möbel ausgerüstet Haus. Aktuelle neueste Elektrogeräte in der Küche. Die Wallbox zum Laden des Elektrofahrzeugs ist ein weiters Highlight Unser Hund und wir hatten ebenfalls eine gute Zeit in dem kleinen Garten. David war jederzeit gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung, Einziges Manko war die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft. Der Dienstleister hatte leider einen schlechten Job gemacht und nur oberflächich gearbeitet. Einzelne Flächen, mehrere Ecken und Kanten waren nicht richtig sauber. Ein Familienmitglied bot nach Besichtigung des Mangels sofort kurzfristig Nacharbeit an. Danke David für die gute Zeit in Church Road 5b

I stayed at the property for approx. 2 weeks and it was very clean, tidy with a homely feel. Everything was catered for in terms of kitchen utensils' and washing facilities etc. The secure parking was easy to access and I would have stayed much longer if it was available.

Had a lovely stay here with the kids and they loved it too, was very well equipped with everything you would need for a short stay, was clean and well set out and I’d definitely think about staying there again :)

This our second visit, and we will be returning next year! It is a beautiful house, it has every amenity but it also feels like home. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, near all the shops and restaurants but tucked away in a cul de sac so very quiet at night. I’d highly recommend this to anyone thinking of a stay in Norwich, it’s perfect
