The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. The property boasts 6 kingsize bedrooms equipped with 6 full ensuite bathrooms. A further 7th bathroom is located on the ground floor. There are 3 large reception rooms, 2 open log fires, and approximately 1/2 an acre of gardens. There is private parking for 8 vehicles.

Opposite is the warm and friendly village pub, The Cross Keys, and 200 yards away is the village green with off road parking provided in the car park opposite.

The Lake House

The detached Lake House is set in 11 acres. Ravensworth is an enchanting village with many of the houses dating from the 17th century. The village is defined by its green, and ancient ruined castle, only a few miles from the pretty towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle . A village pub and two wonderful farm shop cafes within walking distance. The Lake House has uninterrupted views of the lake and surrounding woodland. The Lake House can also be booked together with Willow Cottage.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Luxury, romantic, boutique shepherd's hut on a smallholding in between the villages of Barton and Middleton Tyas near Richmond, North Yorkshire. We only have one hut, making it a very private, peaceful and exclusive retreat. Nestled in a beautiful dell, surrounded by trees, it overlooks a duck pond and the remains of the old stone limekilns. Plenty of wildlife for nature lovers including a flock of friendly rare breed sheep, hens, rabbits, and owls.

The End Place is a self-contained cottage adjoining Moorhouse Cottage. Downstairs is open plan, comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with wood burning stove. A glass wall ensures uninterrupted views across Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as starry-night skyscapes. Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.
