Nature lovers can enjoy spectacular views, wildlife and sunrises from the secluded courtyard garden and balcony. The barn is a short stroll to village pubs & cafes, with Petworth, Goodwood, & Arundel a short drive away. Wine lovers have a choice of vineyards, including Nyetimber, to visit. For children, Fisher’s Farm Park is a must.

Take it easy and relax at this peaceful 1 bedroom cottage. With views over the fields you can watch the horses graze and spot a wild dear while sitting in the sun reading your book. After a walk in the countryside or to the local pub you can come back and relax for the evening. Easy to reach Gatwick, Brighton, Goodwood and Arundel. Close to a number of vineyards, Brighton, Gatwick and Goodwood its also a central location to explore West Sussex or to stay at while visiting friends and family.

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

Relax and unwind in this cosy, vegan annex with a private terrace overlooking a large south-facing garden. Located next to the main house, with a private entrance, parking and an EV charger available, it provides a perfect base for hikers; cyclists; runners and dog walkers with many beautiful circular countryside routes from the doorstep. Three great local pubs, with the nearest serving Real Ales and a local shop is also close by. Powered by solar and cleaned with cruelty free products.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Enjoy a relaxed stay in the former home of Sir Norman Wisdom who lived here from 1958 to 76. It also belonged to Anne of Cleves, wife of Henry VIII. Located in the beautiful village of West Chiltington, on the edge of the South Downs national park, and just 15 miles from the coast, this 1 bedroom, self-contained annexe is a beautiful little cottage. It's ideally placed for walking holidays and is a popular base for all the Goodwood festivals.

You're welcome to launch your Kayak/SUP straight onto the Arun from the bottom of our garden (please just let us know if you plan to). The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven/hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. We provide cereals, milk, tea & coffee.
