Welcome to our River House! Used mostly by our family and friends, we're offering available dates to courteous families and others who will treat it like their own. Relaxation at its finest. This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. Swan’s Nest is nestled between the American narrows portion of the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and peaceful Swan Bay. This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. Downstairs is a cozy sun room with a fireplace, and an Irish pub style bar room. To the rear, double decks overlook the wide lawn and waterfront access to Swan Bay.

It comes with all the amenities you will need for your vacation! It is the end townhouse on the right side. Parking for 4 sedans and additional parking close.

-Message me for discounted May, April, October and November rates. This is our paradise at the end of a wooded road set on a private 3 acre peninsula with 850 feet of waterfront! It has 2 fire pits, rocky coves to watch the sunset, and 3 acres of flat land that allows children to run and explore. We are 12 minutes from Abay and Clayton. The fishing off the shore is amazing and instantly rewarding for little ones.. We also have 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board available for use.

You’ll love my place because of the great neighborhood with stunning views of the St. Lawrence River. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Additional charge for pets and dock usage.

Welcome to Pointer's Cabin (named after our two German Shorthaired Pointers)! We love our little cabin in the woods and can't wait for you to enjoy it too. The house comfortably sleeps 6 and has a large yard with a spacious deck that has enclosed railings to keep pets and kids safe! The deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or your nightly cocktails!
