During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.

Only a 30min drive to Snowbasin resort, and Powder Mountain. About 20min away from Pine-view dam. Lots of nearby hiking trails! In the summer, the backyard pool is open.
