You'll be close to Grove Lake's fishing, hunting, hiking, bait shop & trout rearing station, as well as Ashfall Fossil Beds State Historical Park. A small park, roping arena and Royal Bar & Grill are all within walking distance.

Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!
