Welcome to Lesmurdie-Perth Hills. 🎴 Our Guest house is located at a quiet culdesac road, 25’ from Perth City Center. Within a short walk, you´ll reach a bus stop, the local IGA, bottle shop & restaurants/take away. The unit is separate to the main house with a large bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom & fully equipped kitchen. Parking right beside the unit. The laundry facilities are outside. If you like total privacy you won’t be disturbed, but saying this we do have 2 boys (6&10) and a dog, Millie

This beautiful space is nestled at the foot of the Perth Hills, which is a 10 Minutes drive from the International Airport, 25 minutes drive from the city.

The Dragonfly's Nest

Enjoy this bush block and the nearby nature reserves, listen to the cockatoos amongst the gum trees or the odd duck on the dam. Fall asleep to the frog song and wake to the kookaburra calls. Take a torch out and look for the many possums and quendas amongst some of the old ruins. This charming getaway is close to the city but has the benefits of being in the bush. There is a picnic basket and rug available for your convenience. Note: There is some road noise at peak periods if windows open.

We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

We are the back house on a battle-axe block making for a quiet, secure stay, all while having supermarkets, Cafes, Bus stops & Parks within walking distance.

The newly renovated Guest House has a new Kitchen and Bathroom as well as a lovely developing garden and seating area that is private with a separate entry and drive way.
