The Annexe

Enjoy a cosy stay in our stylish Annexe. Main room is a spacious bedroom with kingsize bed. There's also private shower room and separate kitchen. Enjoy exclusive use of the space, as the annexe has its own entrance separate from the main house, dedicated driveway parking and an EV charging point. We are nestled opposite a picturesque horse field with views of the South Downs National Park. We are happy to cater for any type of stay and are happy to add an air bed for children if needed.

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.

Fresh, new cottages, fully powered by renewable energy with wood burning stoves and access to the farmyard with pizza oven and firepit. The cottages, which sleep 2 or 4 (with sofabed), and have there own kitchen and bathroom, are in the South Downs on an organic farm; quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by wildlife, with the opportunity to join a workshop or tour of farm.
