Comfortable Air Mattress for Living Room if you need to sleep 4 guests. Flat Screen TV's in the Living Room & Bedroom. Pet Mini Cows Dozer & Daisy & owners live on site.

The Maplemere

The Maplemere is closely located to several destinations in Martin. The University of Tennessee at Martin, the Ag-Pavilion, downtown shops and the hospital are minutes away. Only 15 minutes to The Discovery Park of America. The home boasts three bedrooms, including 2 sets of bunk twin beds, a full bedroom, and a queen master suite. Large dining area and cozy living room is a home away from home. Convenient key-pad entry. The Maplemere is perfect for a quick trip or for a longer work stay.

Pops Cabin

Conveniently located approx 5 miles west of Paris. Pops Cabin, is located on our small 16 acre (work in progress) hobby farm of goats, chickens, 2 farm friendly dogs and occasionally a cat or 2 can be observed. :) You get the cabin all to yourself and It comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, a front porch to sit down and relax. Yard space available for children to play in. We are a working farm, pets are allowed under certain conditions, along with a pet fee.

Dee’s Downstairs Private Apartment

1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Screened in porch and fire pit area might be shared during summer months.

SO CLOSE TO UTM! Private basement apartment (with separate private entrance ) inside our own personal residence, perfect for a clean & quiet night's stay. We are located just a 1/4 mile from UTM's campus on 26 private acres. We love our campus here and have great relationships with many of the programs there! The Peery House is our family home-place, built circa 1900, transformed into a quaint Airbnb. It is located on our farm, Springhill Family Farms in Western KY and is a great place for someone looking to get away from the busyness of life, looking for rest and relaxation or just looking for a unique, little farmhouse while passing through the area.

Copper Creek Cottage in the country close to city

Welcome to Copper Creek Cottage. We are located in the country but minutes away from downtown Paducah, and the mall area. We are 2.5 miles from I-24. Our cottage sleeps 4. (Queen bed & full pull-out sofa). The cottage is great for a couple's weekend, girls' trip or any occasion. The nightly price will be reduced for longer stays.

Lisa's "The Little Blue Cottage"

This little cottage is in a lovely historical area that is set on a dead-end street. History is abundant here. The cottage expresses the calmness and friendliness of the area. The cottage was built in the 50's and is sound and decorated in antiques of a French style. There are two patios to relax on in total privacy.
