This cottage is the original School House alongside the now retired Woodbank School at Clarence. Situated in the beautiful Clarence Valley 30 minutes north up the Kaikoura coast . Great walks, Biking, mountain bike Park at Middle Hill, Raft the Clarence River, fish at the river mouth, swim or surf on the coast, 20 minutes to The Store at Kekerengu, or the numerous cafes in Kaikoura. View the seals at colony 10 minutes down the coast...Or you can sit back and read a book and listen to the birds.

Coco's Cabin

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Coco's Cabin is a small home on the Kaikoura Peninsula with amazing sea views. Watch the moon rise over the water from the comfort of the couch. And get ready for truly spectacular sunrises. If you're lucky you might even spot a humpback whale/ dolphins. A swimming beach is a short walk away, and you can drive to the town centre in 5 minutes. There is a small bedroom with a double bed/ensuite and a loft with an Ecosa sofa bed. There's no tv.

The Vineyard Retreat is a lovely private and peaceful space set within our Sauvignon Blanc vineyard in the Waihopai Valley. This is a great place to take time out from busy life in a quiet rural setting. With separate guest access and use of a private courtyard garden, this airbnb offers the best of Marlborough's wine country only 10 mins from Renwick and 15 mins to the airport. Black Mountain is nestled in the foothills of the Kaikōura Seaward Ranges, 6 km north of Kaikōura township. Designed for short and longer stays, the home is private, peaceful, and set in a beautiful rural landscape. It's a perfect base to explore both regions. The ferry in Picton is approximately 1h10min away. Watch the sunrise over the Pacific, take a stroll down to the beach to visit the seal colony or simply enjoy the serenity this private cottage has to offer with a book in hand.

Quiet French country styled self-contained overlooking olives trees 10 minutes from town. Just around the corner from the Golf Course. Surrounded with vineyards. On the Ben Morven bike route. Close to wineries-Wither Hills, Villa Maria. Your first morning breakfast is complimentary. Nespresso coffee and machine provided and a selection of teas and organic milk. Glentoi Farm, Mountain Biking-Walking-Horse Riding

Our cozy north facing one bedroom cottage is located 40min South of Blenheim, 3km off State Highway 1. Situated on a working Sheep and Beef farm. 1700 ha to explore (mountain bike, walk, horse. Yards available for horses). 5min from Ward Beach, 10min from Kekerengu store and 30min from Middle Hill MTB. A great stop pre or post ferry. Area available to pitch a tent if required.
