Great flat in a great location. Angela’s flat was well thought out lots of clear instructions and very clean. The flat was really homely and big also. Angela was also really responsive and helpful, couldnt recommend this place enough if you want to visit Margate !

The house is a lovely, quirky place - both a balance of cool, interesting, charming and cosy. It's upside down, in a fun way; you walk straight into the bedroom with the kitchen/living room upstairs. The bedroom downstairs has more of an artistically minimalist feeling to it, whereas upstairs feels like a classic, cosy kitchen/living room. Cute little garden behind, which I'm sure is much better enjoyed in the summer than in winter, but was a nice addition nonetheless. It's just opposite the Turner Contemporary and the beach, and right near the coolest bars and restaurants in Margate. Really well located. Definitely get yourself booked in to Bottega Caruso for dinner, and they have a gorgeous wine bar next door! As for Jen, she was kind, attentive, flexible and helpful! She has a neighbour a few doors down that helps out when she's not around. I really appreciated my stay! :)

The house was as described and nicely furnished. Stacey was very communicative. There are lots of nice bars, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. Dinner at Sète was superb. Overall, we had a great stay at this place and would recommend it for a short stay in Margate!

Very clean abd comfortable space, well stocked with glass ware, cutlery et cetera. Very communicative.

Had the most incredible stay. The host was fantastic. Very flexible, friendly and the property was beautiful. Had everything you need and more there. Very modern. Can’t wait to go back.

This was such a lovely little gem to find. It was perfect for what we wanted. Scenery is beautiful with the fort in view. Would recommend the 2 hour walk along the coast too. Would definitely stay again.

The perfect location, walkable to town and to Dover Castle. Most places were closed due to Easter and the following day which was also a holiday so that was challenging. There were 6 of us staying, more ideal for 4 people. The noise from the road below didn’t bother us at all. I would recommend using a “noise machine” if staying in the primary bedroom, but the bed was really comfortable and we got great sleep. Ideal place to walk to all the restaurants once they did open. Rain was very accommodating and responded very quickly to any questions I had.

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

Clear instructions from Clare led to an easy check in and there began a very relaxing short stay for our extended family. The house was well equipped and spacious with everything in working order. The highlights were walks across the beautiful sands with the kids and our dog. Would revisit.

Lads had a great stay, easy check in and good communication. would stay again if in the area.

Great location - try the Rifle Volunteers (pub up the road) fantastic for real ale - great atmosphere too. The bathroom was well decorated - great bath, great shower - lots of hot water. Very well equipped kitchen, two lovely bedrooms and very comfortable lounge with a big television and all the channels ! Lovely private outside space too - it was nice to sit in the sunshine with a cup of coffee. 10 minute walk to Maidstone Centre - lots of shops, two major shopping centres (that we found) and a retail park across the river ! Oh and the parking permit was extremely useful - thank you

We had a fantastic stay for the Easter Weekend. We love Margate - have visited several time but really wonderful to have sea views from the front windows of the house this time. Magical. Beautiful house, location perfect for us. We were two families - 4 adults and 4 children in total and the house was the perfect size for our group. We each had a floor of the house, and a bathroom for each family. The kitchen/dining space was the winning area. Really great. They are also working on another lounge area downstairs- not quite finished when we stayed but would be amazing to have that second seating/lounge area. Throughout the house beautiful decor. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a week and it was a great location for us , the property was warm , clean and relaxing during our stay . Will definitely stay again when back in Hastings. Thank you .

We had a really relaxing weekend at Judith’s place! The house was exactly as described and comfortable in every way, even the dog felt very much at home. Parking was very easy to find around the corner. We appreciated the welcome Prosecco and milk in the fridge! The terrace at the top was perfect for drinking wine and gazing out to Ramsgate in the evenings.

Group of us stayed for two nights, what can I say I absolutely loved the place, clean well presented and obviously well looked after, so much so I could live there. Easy access to the beach and local facilities, good view of beach and sea. 5 out of 5

Pebbles by the Bay is a wonderful place with a great view of the sea. We stayed for a couple of nights and found the place exactly as advertised. Checking in, finding the parking and pretty much everything else was spot on. The place benefits from its close proximity to the beach, the local pier and there are plenty of eating joints at walking distance. Anji is a great host and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a great time this summer.

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

Great location to Dreamland and beach. Close to train station too. Great front and balconies. I was here on a solo business trip and this was perfect for me. I would come back with the family for sure. Hosts are very responsive.

I recommend highly to anyway who is staying in the Thanet area! Beautiful place tucked away! With the beach jsut a 2 minute walk away.
