The popular Speers Point Park is right at our doorstep, with room for the kids to run also hosting regular markets as well as food and sporting events. 25-30 minutes to the heart of Newcastle 15-20 minutes to beaches 15 minutes to 2 large shopping centres

The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge. Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. The home oozes style and comfort -a perfect getaway for family and friends within reach of cafes, restaurants, beaches and the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Enjoy fishing, kayaking or just unwind. Wander down the back to visit the sheep and chickens, and collect fresh eggs. Just 3 km off the freeway and 30 minutes from Beaches, Lake & Vineyards Note: there are permanent tenants on the block, but the only contact will be a shared driveway. The house is very private.
