Just 25 metres from the river, the flat has been lovingly renovated to the highest standard, with a modern gas boiler for hot water and central heating. It's super central, placed in the heart of the town close to all amenities, with Tescos just a 3 minute walk away and the train station just a 10 minute walk away. Seashells is a beautiful seafront apartment with amazing views over the Estuary. Sit back and watch the ships sail past or cross the road and you are on the beach. We are a short stroll from the main strip on Southend seafront but far enough away to avoid the crowds. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The 1 bedroom apartment has a king size bed, south facing balcony, full kitchen, modern shower room, 50" tv and free wifi.
