We are located mid way between Christchurch & Dunedin in the quiet little semi rural township of St Andrews. It is a 15 minute drive south of Timaru and 20 minutes north of Waimate. Central to South Island action incl. snow and water skiing, tramping tracks, Maori Stone Art, beach surf fishing , swimming at Caroline Bay, rivers & lakes. 18kms south of Timaru which features world class sporting venues & a range of shopping experiences! Access to the local beach is 2.5kms up the road.

A fully stocked On the Spot shop, park for the kids & tennis court is at walking distance from the apartment.

The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. It is a great base to explore Tekapo, Twizel, Mount Cook , clay cliffs at Omarama and the Coastal town of Oamaru . It is also on the A20 cycle trail . My Apartment is a golfers paradise and has an outdoor eating area and Sky T V. But no WiFi.
