It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

Nestled in one of Perth’s most exclusive streets. In an older and unassuming building than its wealthy neighbours. The renovated private studio apartment has its own special touches. On the city’s doorstep, adjacent to the highway and a short walk to King's Park. The footbridge just outside the complex crosses into the city.
