Our area is unique due to its location on the territory of a regional park. Fresh air, pine trees and at the same time the center and the old town are within 10 minutes of walking distance! The listing is located on the second floor of my parents private house. There is no separate entrance, but the second floor has lockable doors and is completely independent from the rest of the house. The place contains two bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a large salon with lcd tv and fireplace, the salon is air conditioned, other rooms are not. Free parking is onsite, high speed internet. We can pick you up from the airport or train station.
