Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkenurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250m majast). Koduloomad oodatud.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Wonderful little cabin where to spend cozy nights viewing sunset. Next to the cabin is a nice and clean beach, where You can go fishing, swim or do ohter watersports. Nearby forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. Cabin has a small kitchen, toilet, shower- everything you need for also a longer stay. Visit Võrtsjärv.

Korter asub väga heas asukohas, kui soovid peatuda Viljandi lossimägede või Ugala teatri läheduses, ka Viljandi järve rand jääb kõigest 15 minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusele. Korter asub hiljuti rekonstrueeritud korterelamus teisel korrusel hoovipoolses osas, hoones pole lifti.

Veski saunamaja asub Viljandimaal, Sakala kõrgustikul. Maja suurtest akendest saad nautida kauneid vaateid. Saunamajas on sinu kasutada piljardilaud, küttega mullivann õues, saun, kamin, helisüsteem, terrass. Taksosõit Viljandisse maksab tavaliselt u 25€.

The 80m2 roof-apartment is located in the centre of Viljandi, 5-minute walking distance from the old town. The apartment is on the third/roof floor of a wooden building house surrounded by a huge garden. Possible to park a car/bicycle.
