We are within 10mins of Govone Castle and 20-25 mins from the larger towns of Asti and Alba, where the famous international truffle fair is held. Many beautiful small towns to visit including Barolo and Barbaresco.

Il soggiorno è dotato di camino con trave in legno, cucina con antica cappa. Clare's cottage è circondata da un piccolo giardino mediterraneo attrezzato per la vita all'aria aperta.

Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.
