La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

Appartamento "La stanzina" in casolare in stile toscano. Ampio giardino esterno con utilizzo di piscina 10mtx5mt. Camera da letto matrimoniale, 1 camera con tre letti singoli e un letto a scomparsa da utilizzare al momento, soggiorno cucina, bagno e spazio esterno privato, ampio parcheggio con possibilità di ricarica auto elettrica. L'appartamento è dotato di wi-fi gratuito e impianto di climatizzazione, microonde, forno elettrico, frigo, lavastoviglie, phon, ferro da stiro e lavatrice.

Dista 10 minuti da Pisa, 20 da Lucca , 1 ora da Firenze e 20 minuti dalle spiagge della costa Tirrenica.

Cercis - La Palmierina

E' un appartamento facente parte di una tenuta completamente recintata di 60 ettari di natura incontaminata: più di 1000 ulivi, innumerevoli cipressi e foreste profumate creano un ambiente idilliaco per coloro che ricercano tranquillità e silenzi. La tenuta Palmierina è in prossimità di Castelfalfi (un vero gioiello di architettura medievale) e nelle vicinanze di Firenze (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km). Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.
