Smoking is allowed outdoors away from common areas. Access to solar heated pool, hot tub, outdoor ramada/kitchen with BBQ and outdoor fireplace. Take advantage of bicycle trails with 5 bikes provided. Help yourself to citrus, herb garden and veggies! Trevor and Susan are very hospitable and will often invite you to participate in backyard gatherings - wood fired pizza in the outdoor ramada. However, mutual respect of privacy is appreciated - thanks! Centrally located - easy access to freeways, many golf courses, excellent restaurants, world class shopping -Kierland, Biltmore, Scottsdale Fashion Square. Close to all Scottsdale/Phoenix events: BARRET JACKSON and GOOD GUYS car shows, SPRING TRAINING! PHOENIX OPEN! ARABIAN HORSE SHOW! Casinos/shows/movie theaters/short drive to Fountain Hills/Mayo Clinic/Mayo Hospital. If you do not have a car...or would prefer not to drive...Uber is excellent! Five bicycles available for use - great bike path routes throughout Scottsdale. Many hiking trails to choose from - all close by. Bicycle paths - 5 bikes to use. Private access...gated side yard. Trevor is happy to share his extensive knowledge of Arizona. It is a quiet acreage neighborhood with desert wildlife, including quail and roadrunners, and is excellent for star gazing and bird watching. There is easy access to all Scottsdale sporting events, restaurants, shopping, casinos, and desert hiking. We use Uber and Lyft for valley travel convenience. Five bicycles on property for guest use. Scottsdale has excellent bike trails.

Our creek side cabin was a Bunkhouse for worker housing when there was a sawmill on this site in 19th Century Prescott. The unique bunkhouse-style floor plan is about all that is left of those days -- you will stay where the mill workers lived. They shared a bathroom (now, that's all yours) that opens out to the yard, as do all the rooms. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. . Drive up early, check in at noon, and enjoy lunch on Whiskey Row!. Note. Bunkhouse ceiling height is 7 feet.
