Veracruz: aluguel por temporada com acesso à praia

La estadía fue cálida, Timothy muy amable , atento, y siempre pendiente de todo, encantada con la vista, el mar y la atención. Ideal para relajarse , y salir de la rutina.

Nos encantó alojarnos el fin de semana en este lugar maravilloso, tenía todas las comodidades necesarias, las instalaciones preciosas, muchas actividades para hacer, definitivamente vamos a volver

Súper un apartamento frente a la playa, tiene piscina y todo lo necesario para cocinar deben tener en cuenta que el apartamento no tiene cortesías de condimentos, azúcar, café etc. Por todo lo demás muy bueno recomiendo y volvería a ir

Al llegar nos recibieron muy bien en la garita. Igualmente los anfitriones nos dieron normas e instrucciones de acceso muy claras. El apartamento es en el piso 13, bien distribuido, con un salón-comedor amplio, una recámara principal con una vista preciosa al océano y al poblado, igual que la del balcón. Tiene un den transformado en habitación con TV y aire acondicionado. Nos encantó la cocina, muy bien equipada y moderna con todo lo necesario para cocinar, la disfrutamos mucho. Y un baño con bonitos acabados y con muchas toallas. Todo estaba bastante limpio. Con sus dos amplias áreas sociales que cuentan con piscinas, gimnasio completo y canchas deportivas, uno piensa que está en un mini-resort ☺️, regresaremos.

Carlos was easy to communicate to. He also replied quickly to questions/concerns. His condo was beautiful. Nicely decorated, comfortable, well equipped, very clean, and secure. The Bahia is a beautiful property with 3 swimming pools, 2 restaurants, pickleball, tennis, gym and other amenities. We are already planning our return visit!

Me encantó mi estadía, tiene muy buena ubicación está frente a la playa y cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y supermercados. Las fotos coinciden con la realidad y el historia siempre atento sin duda volvería.

El apartamento estaba impecable y muy bien ubicado (1er piso). Tiene vidrios anti ruido por lo que aisla muy bien cualquier sonido externo. El lugar cuenta con un restaurante (también hay otro restaurante como a 5 minutos caminando por la playa) y una hermosa vista al mar. Detrás del edificio hay un supermercado chiquito en el que te puedes abastecer de enseres básicos que necesites. El área social es hermosa, con una piscina super amplia, jacuzzi incorporado, tumbonas de playa, en fin, todo lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana relajado. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, respondiendo rápidamente a mis preguntas. Edith la señora que limpia también fue súper atenta y servicial. Es la segunda vez que nos quedabamos, y el anfitrión siguió mis recomendaciones sobre artículos que le indiqué faltaban. Para mi sorpresa en esta visita, había comprado todo lo que se le pidió, por lo que ahora el apartamento está totalmente equipado. Esperando los días para volver a Playa Caracol!

Beautiful home! Definitely a great place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The host was very responsive and friendly to any questions we had.

Mi familia y yo tuvimos el privilegio de hospedarnos en este alojamiento, quedamos encantados con la casa y todos sus detalles, lo más espectacular de todo es que tienen una entrada directa a la playa, prácticamente te sientes dueño de la misma y esto es algo que no encuentras en casi ningún otro lugar, Adrien fue muy atento y estuvo pendiente de nuestra comodidad, la Sra. Rosa también estuvo en constante comunicación con nosotros para saber si algo nos hacía falta y no podemos dejar a un lado a Rogelio y Lioni, que nos atendieron de maravilla y nos hicieron sentir en casa, siempre resolviendo nuestras dudas e incluso ayudándonos con algunas cosas, sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme en este paraíso frente al mar.

Nos encanto el lugar, la casa muy linda, muy espaciosa, la salida a la playa espectacular, las camas muy cómodas y el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones en perfecto estado. La cocina estaba bien equipada y la iluminación del área de piscina muy lindo. Sin dudarlo volveremos a la casa Dividivi ❤️

Spacous is no exageration, there is a lot of space inside, and outside. Balcony front and back. Then the amazing patio on the roof. The neighborhood is great, lots of resturants, and nightclubs. Was perfect property inperfect location for a long weekend for two couples.

This home was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Location was great: easy walk to the beach and to a great hike and to restaurants. The air conditioning kept the bedrooms cool for sleeping, and the living room and porch with the fans were perfect to relax in the morning and evening. Check in and check out times were generous for us which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and helped us find a nice person to take us by boat around the island to get great views and snorkel. Perfect for our family of four and also would have been great for more people.

What an absolute wonderful stay! My husband and I stayed with one other couple and had the most wonderful, relaxing stay. The kitchen amenities were wonderful and provided us with everything we need and more (it's very rare to stay at an Airbnb that has spices, coffee supplies, and some cooking oils already available) and the pool and backyard... just WOW! Jaqueline provided wonderful communication during our entire stay and we had an amazing time. The best was walkable access to a local black sand beach that was stunning! We would definitely recommend Jaqueline's place and come back to stay again.

Our group had an amazing time staying at Sergio's! The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation, from fun activities to beach chairs. The rooftop pool views are just as stunning as the pictures suggest. We highly recommend taking advantage of the meal services; the food was incredible! If you're looking for a great place to stay in Panama, Sergio's is definitely the spot!

Great visit and super conveniente to prepare my boat for our next passage across the Pacific

Tere y Jessica, fueron muy buenas anfitrionas, el apartamento, es un apartamento amplio y muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para la estadía. La comunicación siempre estuvo muy bien.

A beautiful view of the shore but difficult access to drive to the beach. When we arrived after a long drive I just wanted to shower and bed but no soap or shampoos and limited towels for 2 people. People at the pool were so friendly and you can tell its being maintained well. This is the first time ive been asked to pay for electricity and not run the air. We could not get the air working but actually ramn the ceiling fans and it was very comfortable. We were in town during the 1st week of November and lots of celebration of panamanian music and it was fun to hear from afar. Very wonderful if your golfers as the course is directly below. Id love to stay longterm and enjoy the wonderful pool , covered palapas and crocheted hammocks. great access to markets and street vendors.

Muy cómodo y bien ubicado el apartamento. El mismo estaba bien equipado y limpio. Melisa siempre me contestó rápidamente al hacerle cualquier consulta. Volvería a alquilarlo, si tengo la oportunidad.

We stayed at Lorraine and Stan's condo for 3 and a half months. It is a very nice unit in a highly desirable building in Playa Coronado. We had stayed in the same building the previous year. This unit was a significant upgrade for us and we were very pleased with our choice. The condo is on the east side of the building which is preferable to the west side. Direct midday sunshine, which can be extreme, is avoided and that helps keep the temperature in the unit down. We never once turned on the air conditioning. The unit has been outfitted with several large ceiling fans which were all we needed. There is also a prevailing breeze from the ocean to enjoy through the large window openings. Lorraine and Stan are excellent hosts. Our communications were always prompt and helpful. When a couple of minor issues arose (as they always due during a long term stay), Stan came immediately to carry out the necessary repairs. All-in-all, we had an excellent stay.

Eugenia is the PERFECT host! Very detailed oriented, quick to answer questions; she made the stay to be the best ever!

From the moment we walked in to Elennay's home, we felt relaxed. The space is modern, very well-decorated with furniture and accent pieces - definitely FELT like we were at the beach and on vacation! The kitchen is super-modern and spotless and included everything we needed to make wonderful meals and snacks. We loved being able to open the window at night and listen to the waves - amazing! When I had questions about anything, either Carlos or Elennay responded right away. We loved the pools, walking on the beach, meeting other tenants/visitors, and just relaxing. I would highly recommend Elennay's home and would definitely come back. Thank you for being such amazing hosts!!
