I have an annual golf trip in Ojai and prefer an AirBnB. This place suited my needs. Quiet. Clean. Great, hot shower. Comfy bed. Microwave and mini fridge. I’m not really in the places that much when I’m in town so that’s about. Only star I would ding the place for is just that it’s a ways back behind the house and away from the street on a semi uneven stone walkway. It’s not an issue for me since I’m able. But if you needed to roll any luggage or had an unsteady gait, this might not be a perfect fit. Otherwise. No notes. Friendly communicable hosts are always appreciated which they are.

Had a great day at this place! The check-in directions were easy, the place is clean and modern in the king size bed is really comfortable! Can’t wait to return. If you need a place to stay long or short term, this is the place!

It was home away from home from the moment we walked in--peaceful, comfortable, light and airy, open floor plan, tasteful decor and spotlessly clean. Rajvir is always an amazing host and we were fortunate to stay in one of her places again. The neighborhood is perfect for walking with gorgeous landscaping and the on site work out facility is an added bonus.

I had a truly beautiful stay at The Malibu Oasis. It’s peaceful, thoughtfully put together, and you can feel the love and care that’s gone into creating it. It was exactly the kind of quiet and restorative getaway I needed. On my last day, I unfortunately got a bad case of food poisoning (totally unrelated to the property!), and the housekeeper, Lorena, showed me such kindness by allowing a little extra time to rest before heading out. I’m really grateful for that compassion and for the beautiful environment that made it a little easier to recover. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful escape, and I’m looking forward to coming back in the future!

This was our second time staying here and once again, we’re giving it 5 out of 5 stars! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The host is one of the kindest and most accommodating we’ve ever encountered—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail. The space was spotless, and we could tell the carpets had just been cleaned. It smelled fresh and felt truly inviting. We had requested a microwave before our stay, and it was ready for us upon arrival—such great hospitality. The bed was super comfortable, the area was peaceful and quiet, and the location is perfect—just a 10-minute drive to Malibu. Everything is nearby and convenient. It’s an amazing value for the price. Only a couple of minor cons: the couch is quite old and could use replacing, and being in a nature-heavy area, your car may get dirty from nearby trees—but neither of those would stop us from coming back. Great place. I've stayed there a couple of times already. Communication is always a breeze. Check in is automated and easy. The apartment complex is beautiful and the area is nice.

We enjoyed our stay and could relax and unwind near the Ocean. The beach was extremely close and though cold and rainy, we could go on daily walks in the sand on a very quiet, almost private, beach. It felt secluded and peaceful. Nice to enjoy the hot tub when we got back!

Great neighborhood, spacious…designed for comfort and to accommodate many. Great communication and terrific location for our surprise small family reunion. Also neighbor who lives in the guest house is kind. Will return again next year!

What an escape! Surrounded by beautiful views, peaceful, quiet and private, the house was also pristine and relaxing. Plush sofa facing the fireplace, tall volumes, lots of natural light and views from all sides, 2 outdoor areas to relax, enjoy a drink or barbecue. Direct access to a beautiful trail if you manage the willpower to leave your seat. Kathy was very friendly, super reactive, proactive too. We arrived confident to have a nice weekend and left enchanted and relaxed.

it was the perfect little getaway for my wife,s b day! Close to lots of great shopping and dining. Stress free back patio setting on the water and loved the location! We will be back again.

Julie’s home in Ojai was a magical experience. It is beautiful inside and out, with such character and thoughtfulness. The gardens were pristine and full of gorgeous flowers, with a meditation room and lots of outdoor space. Inside was a dream, very clean yet full of life and energy. Everything you would want if you stay in ojai. It’s also very close to the town as well as nearby trails you can walk to. Julie and her daughter were lovely, responsive and knowledgeable, helping us make plans and ensuring we were comfortable. We cannot wait to come back to Julie’s place. It was so peaceful and wonderful. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Some of the things that make this place top on my list, each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Each floor has a bedroom and it's not easy to hear commotion from a different floor which was a plus for us since my daughter took her babies and the rest of us were not awakened by crying. The third floor has a bedroom and bathroom that is very spacious and beautiful. The place was extremely clean, beds were comfortable. I am a germophobe and felt comfortable enough to cook here, which I rarely do. Furniture seems brand new and well taken care of. There is a driveway with parking for two cars. Matthew responded in a timely manner to my questions. It was a very nice and comfortable stay!

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Small but efficient for us two. Great location in Carpinteria. We usually camp at the state beach but opted not to this year. Had everything we needed. Pool and spa were great. Complex was peaceful and other residents and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in gated lot and the spots had plenty of room for our truck and there were bike racks inside the parking lot for locking up our bikes that we took. We only used our vehicle once it was too dark for bike riding, otherwise we biked or walked. Husband fished everyday for several hours while I got to sleep in, relax, watch tv, or walk up the street for shopping. Farmers Market on Thursday was great for buying fresh fruits and veggies and flowers.

We loved staying at this condo! Amazing location, great views, amazingly warm pool and jacuzzi, cozy and comfortable! We would love to come back!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.
