Great place in a nice little neighborhood pocket that is still walkable to shops/beach. Hosts were responsive and accommodating to our needs with a baby. Would definitely recommend this listing and hope to stay again.

Incredible property! Megan was an ideal host, quick to respond and more than accommodating. The home was perfect for our little family. The proximity of water to house was second to none. We have travelled quite and bit and use Airbnb often, the jacuzzi to fire pit to ocean proximity is unmatched. Will definitely stay again, can’t recommend Megan or her property enough!

Absolutely HEAVENLY!! Incredible house, on ocean location, well appointed amenities, large deck, hot tub with full ocean view, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, great communication, very helpful staff, will definitely return!

A great place to gather the family both near and far for Christmas. Very easy to get to some great beaches, restaurants, the Malibu Pier and Adamson house, canyon hike.

Great host, very responsive and pro-active. Location is really great with sea view. Nice size of bedroom and living area. Nice shower. Bess provided all necessary toiletries, like shampoo, conditioner, shower gels, etc… Furniture are a bit old but it remains comfortable. Cutleries, plates and glasses could be improved. There was only one glass for wine. I was alone, do it was ok, but still… Very happy overall and I am strongly recommending Bess place. Will gladly come back.

Great place to stay in iconic beach town. Just steps to the beach, several restaurants in walking distance and very peaceful back yard with a jacuzzi at the perfect temp. We really enjoyed our stay here! Owner was very accommodating and quickly responded to texts. We needed a later checkout time and that was quickly granted. 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths was nice for our family to spread out in. We would definitely recommend this to friends and family in the future.

Sarah was very responsive to our questions and super friendly. The house was as described, and has everything you need. Surprisingly quiet for being on a main street. It was very close to some fun restaurants and it's a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay here; it was a nice respite from my busy conference!

Connie is the best host I’ve ever had! Her property was paradise, the house felt like a complete getaway even though it was just 1 1/2 hrs from LA. We got to go whale watching in Santa Barba and come back to the property to lounge by the beautiful heated pool surrounded by fruit trees and a beautiful fragrant flower garden. Connie was super responsive and accommodating, everything in the house worked well and the space was so relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Ardie was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We were traveling for work and it was a very charming and elegant place to come home to after days of work. All of the furnishings and features were really nice. I would to come back to the Malibou Lake cabin, the scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

Good stay experience! Unit is large and Fisher is super helpful in solving equipment problems. Recommend!

This is a beautiful home in one of the few waterfront properties between Santa Barbara and Ventura. The host was highly responsive and accommodating, and the place was very clean despite some wear and tear. The only cautions I would give to someone looking to stay here are that (1) the pool and hot tub are extremely narrow, (2) the house has no air conditioning, and (3) a large suburban or truck won’t fit in the carport with the gate closed. Otherwise a great place to stay.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my husband, children and dog! We felt very welcome and Gemma was always available to help with anything. The house was very nice, smelled nice and was clean. In addition to having a beautiful and well-kept garden, it also has a leisure area with a pool that we enjoyed. I would definitely go back to this house unit 1. The only thing I can say is that there weren't enough towels for all those days and they were thin and small in size. But the rest was ok and suited us perfectly! Thank you very much.

What a gorgeous home and the design along with the lighting, configuration of the house, the flow is very zen. Quality furniture and indoor/outdoor spaces very well maintained. Beautiful views of the ocean and mountains are calming listening to the waves. Open and well designed with great atmosphere including the stunning artwork, appliances, and a very safe environment to enjoy in. Well done Helena! The gardens are immaculate and the pool, kitchen, bedrooms, closets and bathrooms are all very beautiful. First class is this stunning house. AMAZING! AMAZING! Did I mention it was amazing? I just can’t say enough about my visit. I have had a slew of not so good Air BNB’s as of late. Ones that didn’t match descriptions, no basics like coffee, laundry but being your own tide pods, and like a 5 page checkout….NOT here…it was perfect. Coffee, creamer, great bed, beautiful bathroom and that was the fanciest potty I have ever used….thank you Tori! I am super bummed my work won’t be bringing me back but if I come to visit on my own you’ll be hearing from me again. Thank you so much for renewing my faith in good air bnb’s!

Great location! Beach was only a few minutes walk. Neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet, with exception of the daily national anthem coming from the nearby naval base. The house is stocking with everything you would need to make big family meals and anything you might want for beach play. Our grown kids LOVED the ping pong table in the garage!

What an amazing home and host!!! Everything was perfect and would highly recommend. Angela's home came with lots of extras - snacks, drinks and "did you forget something". Instant communication replys and great recommendations on restaurants and bars. Every detail was well thought out!!!

Sarah and her husband were fantastic hosts ! super responsive . My boyfriend and I wanted to get away and it was exactly what we wanted. the views were spectacular. If you're looking to get away this Is the perfect private getaway . The location makes you feel like you actually left California and into a private beach-jungle hide out. Everything inside is contemporary and the best part is the beds are amazing ! Will definitely be returning !
