Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Hottub, kayak of 2 supboarden zijn er bij te boeken. Ook zijn er fietsen, deze mag je gratis lenen. De badkamer is 1 stap buiten de pipo en helemaal alleen voor jou/jullie.
