Vecchiano: aluguel por temporada de apartamento (condo)

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit sehr freundlichen Nachbarn. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral und hervorragend geeignet sowohl für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca etc. mit Pkw oder Bahn als auch zu Fuß ins Zentrum sowie zum Strand. Strandtücher sind vorhanden. Leider sind die beiden vorhandenen Balkone sehr klein, aber um am Abend einen guten Wein zu genießen war es ausreichend. Von unserer Seite aus können wir einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nur empfehlen und sollten wir wieder einen Urlaub in der Gegend um Carrara verbringen wollen, wäre die Wohnung von Sonia mit Sicherheit unser Favorit.

Bellissimo appartamento a due passi dal mare, molto curato e completo di tutto, host molto disponibile e cordiale, ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Stefano è stato un host impeccabile, sempre cortese, disponibile e tempestivo nelle risposte. Ci ha fatto trovare un appartamento pulitissimo., che ha risposto perfettamente alle nostre aspettative.

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sauber und Fabio war stets erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Anlage inklusive Pool war sehr schön und die Nähe zu Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt, um voll und ganz entspannen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We had an amazing stay. The pictures do not do this place justice. The view was amazing. The place was spacious and stocked up with everything you would need. There was fresh fruit, breakfast items, and coffee enough for the whole stay and more. I forgot my charger converter and Leonardo brought us one so we never lost power. 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

Séjour de 2 nuits très agréable à Ricco di Golfo. Le logement est cosy et très mignon, et l'hôtesse très accueillante et aimable. La Spezia est à 10 minutes et Pise n'est pas loin. Nous recommandons le logement !

Walk the walls, should not be missed. Take it from the river end up to the Tower. Walk by the river Arno, so beautiful. Take advantage of happy hour.

Esperienza più che positiva, Elena host disponibile e premurosa. La casa è curatissima nei particolari, arredata con gusto. Il giardino è anch'esso curato con attenzione, pratico e riservato. Da ritornare !!!

We had a great stay at Adriana’s place! It is within easy walking distance from the train station, and is in a safe area. I did feel a bit uneasy walking later at night, but we had no problems at all. The apartment is larger than we had anticipated, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was well appointed (nice towels, great water pressure, etc.). Adriana met us at the door, and showed us around, and clearly communicated the expectations for our stay, as well as throughout our stay if we had questions. There is a grocery store a few steps away, and a great bar for cappuccino in the morning. We really appreciated the recommendations she made, especially her suggestion to visit Portovenere. We were delighted to stay in this lovely apartment!

Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend presso l’alloggio di Daniele. La casa è piccolina ma dotata di tutto il necessario, super calda, che nel periodo invernale è un aspetto fondamentale soprattutto se si viaggia come noi con bambini. Daniele è un host molto gentile, ci ha dato fin da subito indicazioni chiare per raggiungere l’appartamento per cui è stato facilissimo arrivare. La casa è pulitissima e con una vista meravigliosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Se possibile torneremo sicuramente!

Awesome place to stay. Quiet, 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurant/ cafes nearby. Apartments is spotless, also everything in the kitchen you might need. Communication with Mary nice, easy, got all information really fast. Recommend this place!

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa casa tenuta bene di nuova ristrutturazione e situata in una zone tranquilla . Francesco è stato molto accogliente e disponibile a fornirci consigli per quanto riguarda la scelta di ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Wir hatten tolle Tage dort. Das Frühstück und Abendessen in der Casa Turchetti waren großartig! Der Ort ist eine Reise wert, um ein paar Tage Entspannung und Ruhe zu genießen. Immer wieder gerne!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit bei Deborah. Der Pool und die Lage ist toll und Deborah gibt super Empfehlungen, ist total warmherzig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Und hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen möchten!

Wir waren zum Saisonausklang zu Gast in dieser wirklich schönen Gegend und haben uns vor Ort direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Die alte Ölmühle und unser Appartment ist großzügig gestattet, entsprach der Beschreibung, die dargestellten Fotos sind in der Realität sogar noch besser. Es war alles sauber, alle Gerätschaften haben funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt, insbesondere der Kinder, sehr aufgewertet. Der Empfang vor Ort klappte reibungslos und wurde im Vorfeld sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Autentisk, roligt og ukompliceret. Skønt sted. Alt pænt og rent. Smukke og velholdte omgivelser. Poolområdet var en klasse for sig - så lækkert! Der er kun tre lejemål, hvilket gør det meget hyggeligt. Mr. Andrea sørgede for, at alt var ok og i orden - meget imødekommende, men med begrænsede engelsk kundskaber - det gik dog fint med Google translate og almindelig sund fornuft. Mulighed for skønne ture til nærområdet: Cecina er hyggelig og lidt “klassisk” turistby. Her var vi på det ugentlige marked samt spiste aftensmad på marina promenaden med den smukkeste solnedgang. Her er også fine strande. En bil er en nødvendighed. Mr. Andrea spurgte om alt ok. Jeg svarede, at det var perfekt. Han svarede, at ingenting er perfekt. Mit svar hertil var: jo, det her sted var!
