An ideal base to explore Martin, just 3.5 miles from city limits of Martin. To relax, try the surround jets in the master shower! Visit and grill out back. Note: We only own the house and part of backyard. We do not own the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed on the lake at this time.

We are located just a 1/4 mile from UTM's campus on 26 private acres. We love our campus here and have great relationships with many of the programs there! This little cottage is in a lovely historical area that is set on a dead-end street. History is abundant here. The cottage expresses the calmness and friendliness of the area. The cottage was built in the 50's and is sound and decorated in antiques of a French style. There are two patios to relax on in total privacy.
