Family (baby/toddler/kid) Friendly. Explore nearby cart paths, walking trails and shopping that are all accessible 5 minutes or less by car/golf cart. No parties or events are allowed. *NO KITCHEN* There is an area with some kitchen amenities but there is no kitchen sink, stove-top, or oven. Refer to photo of this area. Your space is private but there are other units beside and above this one so please be respectful of others by keeping noise down late at night.
