A Beautiful Market Town Home in the Lakes

This home is a newly renovated mid terrace cottage with a warm scandi vibe. The property is in the heart of Ulverston town just a stones throw away from pubs and restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Enter the house into an open plan dining room and lounge, complimented by a lovely log burner. The kitchen then follows with access to the back of the house, which has a very small yard and cupboard that can be used for safe bike storage. Upstairs you will find two similar sized rooms with a king and double bed in the first and second room. The third room has a single bed and office space but is big enough for an additional cot/travel cot and the spacious bathroom is located at the end of the landing. The house will allow for one lovely four legged friend as long as they’re well behaved. Contact me for further requests. Please note that restaurants and pubs will get booked up quickly, so to avoid disappointed make sure you book in advance. Parking is either on street for 1 hour to unload the car and then there are a number of local secure car parks for as little as £1 for 24 hours (Stockbridge Lane Car Park) which is only a few minutes walk from the house.

No. 2 Mount Pleasant Cottages, Greenodd

This cosy cottage has been stylishly enhanced to provide guests with a range of modern conveniences whilst retaining some of the original 1880 features. A refurbished wash house, in a separate building across a small court yard, provides guests with additional facilities including utility room, second shower room, equipment drying storage room, secure cycle storage area, quiet room. There is a garden and sun terrace with views across the Leven Estuary. Cottage access via 15 steps from the road.

Tethera Nook - a beautifully crafted retreat

Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Gorgeous home, private parking and stunning views

Bay View Cottage is a fabulous ENTIRE Ulverston home extremely well suited for a romantic escape for two people or for working in the area, or working at home, great WiFi. Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!

Riverside Cottage with secure bike storage

Riverside Cottage is part of a historic 19th century terrace & affords views of Craggy Wood behind Staveley. The River Gowan runs directly outside and there are a variety of stunning walks from the front door. The cottage is conveniently just a stone's throw from a cosy pub with beer garden, a playground & all of Staveley's amenities which include a Spar, artisan bakery, gelato shop to list just a few. The cottage also has the benefit of having been recently updated throughout.

It is also ideally located for a whole host of walking trails amongst the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.
