Welcome to our walkable, luxury cottage retreat in Tyler’s historical Azalea District. Built in 1946, we lovingly restored it in 2021 and in 2026, with a new 2-spa-bath remodel showcasing smart bidet toilets and genuine Dutch Delft Blue tiles and hand-painted tile artwork. Our cottage lets in light that is filtered through the shade of two 80-year-old live oak trees in the front. Our kitchen is very well-stocked. The studio is located right in the middle of Downtown - in walking distance from so many of Tyler’s best coffee-shops, restaurants, & bars.
