Ideal for small-family vacations & couples retreats. Sleeps 4-6. Includes: updated kitchen, bathroom, queen bed set, sleeping loft (w/queen), 8 pc. modular sofa, TV, cable, wi-fi, heat, a/c, water & ice. Patios have seating for dining, sunbathing, net-covered bunk bed, boat dock, swim dock (Jun-Sep), gas grill, big swing, 4 kayaks & a paddle board.

There is no doubt that spring and summer are the premiere times to be at the lake. Spend your days in the water and your evenings playing cards together in our home. This house has something for everyone! Just added for 2025- whole home heating and cooling with mini splits in each bedroom. EV charger. 2-Player Arcade with 17,000 games for rainy days. We have two kayaks and a canoe which we hope to make available to every renter. We cannot guarantee their availability, but we will try our best!

We are a retired couple with two friendly hypoallergenic dogs Sadie and Zoey. We offer a cozy well maintained studio that has keyless entry. We follow Airbnb Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocols. Both the kitchen and bath have necessary items including coffee maker. Living room has comfy couch with Hulu and Spectrum. We are on a quiet street walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

Relax at this peaceful retreat, large enough for 8 guests & cozy enough to feel like home. The Blue Cottage at Heron’s Landing has been thoughtfully built to greet you. With lake access and mountain views, there is so much to enjoy! This is a year round property, with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (all on 1 level), a large open kitchen & generous family room. The covered front porch overlooks the lake, along with a fire pit to extend the evenings. There is a path to the lake, dock, & kayaks.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

This recently renovated cottage is located on 60' of lake frontage on Otisco Lake. Enjoy everything lakefront living has to offer in a cute little package! The cottage is on a rare flat lot! There is easy access to the water from the sloping beach to take out the kayaks provided. Take in the beautiful sunsets while sitting in the backyard by the fire! The cottage is located just 20 minutes from the Village of Skaneateles and 30 min from Syracuse University and SUNY Cortland.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

1820's Quaint Rustic Farmhouse

Beautiful, spacious, two-bedroom private suite. The Farmhouse is located on 50 acres of farmland in our beautiful river valley. We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas. Great location for professors, parents, students, outdoor enthusiast and anyone exploring the Finger lakes! We hope you enjoy your stay and come back again.

Enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing lakeside. Also great for skiing in the winter, with Song Mountain less than a mile away, and 2 other ski resorts nearby. Just off interstate 81 and a short drive to Syracuse, the Finger Lakes or Ithaca.
