This one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom flat is in a gated compound with parking. It is a short walk to a mini-mart, pharmacy, and public transportation to St. James, Woodbrook, downtown Port of Spain and many other areas. Larger grocery stores and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away. The airport is an hour away.
