Includes heating/cooling system, 80 liters hot water boiler, small fridge +freezer, electric oven, induction cook top, multifunction microwave,smartTv no netfix/aerial, dishwasher, washmachine. 17 minutes walk from Viale XX Settembre and 23 minutes from Piazza Unità d'Italia, well connected by buses, this house is a good location to explore the beauties of Trieste. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Mansardina stazione Angel a Trieste

La mia mansardina è situata al quarto piano di uno stabile d'epoca, non c'è l'ascensore, ma i gradini sono bassi e non troppo faticosi, vi aiuterò a portare i bagagli. La zona è centrale, due minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal terminal autocorriere. Piazza Unità d'Italia è a 10 minuti a piedi. I zona ci sono anche molte linee di bus urbani. Intorno a casa parcheggi non sono a pagamento e con un po' di fortuna si riesce a trovarne uno libero, in zona ci sono garage pubblici a pagamento.

A pochi metri da tutti i servizi, supermercato, bar, e fermate autobus per Miramare, San Giusto, altipiano carsico.
