Love the location. It's in a lovely and vibrant residential neighborhood that provides authentic local experiences, and also not too far from most tourist destinations. The host is super friendly and sincerely cares about your well-being. During the nation wide blackout, he even stopped by to check on me, which was much appreciated.

Todo genial!!!… La ubicación perfecta; El apartamento muy limpia y con todos los detalles para disfrutar del mismo; Con parking en el mismo edificio, que es lo que estábamos buscando;… y Jose (el propietario) un 10, estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nosotros, nos recomendó sitios a visitar y comer, entre otros … ya lo recomendé a unos amigos que quieren visitar Sevilla…y si tengo que volver a Sevilla, está claro que volveré a hospedarme aqu saber… GRACIAS POR TODO!!!

Die Lage ist für alle Stadttouristen in Sevilla ideal und es hat an wirklich nichts gefehlt in der Unterkunft! Zudem waren mehrere Schlüssel vorhanden und unserer Wunsch nach einem flexiblen Check-In wurde auch erfüllt! Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Una estancia perfecta. Todo está tal cual las fotos. Elisa contesta muy rápido a cualquier cosa que necesites. Nos hemos hospedado con mis perritos y mi bebé y hemos estado como en casa en una Nochevieja diferente pata nosotros. Todo muy limpio, un menaje de cocina muy completo. Está muy cerca de Sevilla merece la pena hospedarse si quieres conocer Sevilla capital. Si volvemos a Sevilla volveremos a buscar este apartamento. 100% recomendable

Ubicación fantástica, casa muy silenciosa. Tomás un anfitrión muy amable y pendiente de nuestra llegada. Genial para conocer el casco histórico.

Location Location Location! 5 star location close to the bars, restaurants, everything local! Very non touristy - at least when I was there. Not an American fastfood chain in sight! Everything is local! It makes me love it even more. The check in was easy and was shown into the apartment by Cristina. The apartment is quite spacious. Has AC, and other comforts. It felt like someone’s home than an airbnb. Instantly felt at home. The building didn’t have a lift, but 3 flights are good! But you are already warned while booking about the absence of a lift. I would stay here next time happily! It was a great stay!

La casa está fenomenal, el tiempo no nos acompañó para disfrutar de la parte exterior pero está super bien.

Notre séjour chez Isabel a été formidable, le plus bel air BNB que nous ayons fait ! le jardin est paisible, une oasis de fraîcheur au milieu de la chaleur de seville. la piscine et la terrasse sont très agréable, la maison est jolie, bien meublée et agréable à vivre. la literie est très bonne, et la maison reste fraîche quand il fait 34 degrés dehors. Isabel est une hôte très gentille, de part sa disponibilité et ses attentions, ainsi que son chien duque qui a été de bonne compagnie pour nous et notre chienne. il est facile de se garer dans la rue, et le bus est a quelques centaines de mètres, qui mène au métro rapidement. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement, que nous quittons à regrets.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Puri. Le logement était facile d’accès et l’entrée très facile également. Idéalement placé nous avons pu tout faire à pieds avec des bars et restaurants à proximité. Le nombre de salles de bains par rapport au nombre de chambres est très bien aussi car nous étions 12 et c’était vraiment pratique. Il y a aussi plein d’espaces de vie. Coup de cœur pour la terrasse sur le toit qui est vraiment un plus ! Info pratique, un locker se trouve juste en face du logement, pour le jour du départ c’est très pratique. Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter.

We stayed here with two families: 8 people (4 adults and 4 teenagers) and it was PERFECT. With three levels, this gave us some nice spacing. All of the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable and everyone slept well. Location is amazing - we were minutes from multiple coffee shops, a grocery store, and great shopping including bars and restaurants. Staying in this neighborhood, be prepared for street noise, but it didn't impact our sleep - close the windows and we used a white noise app on our phones and it worked great. A previous review notes a sewage smell from bathrooms - an easy fix was we just closed the sink drains when not in use. Smell went away immediately. I cannot express enough how much we loved staying here; I would gladly stay again. Communication with hosts was prompt and helpful.

Borja is a wonderful host and he was extremely responsive during our entire day. The house feels very much like a home— it’s comfortable, well appointed and very relaxing. The beds are super cozy and the bedding is really nice. I absolutely LOVED the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We stayed for an entire month, so it was nice to be able to unpack and be really organized. The location is great because it’s very close to the city, but it’s in a nice and quiet suburban neighborhood. We were able to walk our dogs and there are several parks close by. We’d love to come back and we definitely give this home a five star review.

Recomendable sitio muy tranquilo para estar en familia

Ana Maria is very kind, warm and caring host. The house has a lot of character and very comfortable. Although it's clear that the place is a work in progress, it was perfect for us and was a very relaxing stay especially after the busy 3 weeks of traveling around Andalucía. It's proximity to the airport made early departure easy. The property is quiet and it was a true delight to watch the peacocks! The kitchen is well equipped and Ana Maria provided tons of supplies for breakfast and snack. The delucious home made egg and potatoe tortilla and eggs from her chickens were a wonderful surprise when we arrived. The wonderful wine tasting with the homemade pate and the local cheese was so much appreciated, especially given the what the family was going through at the time. Thank you for very much Ana Maria for your kindness and hospitality!

El alojamiento de Tomás es tal cual se muestra en las imágenes. Es un apartamento completo y amplio, con todo lo necesario, y muy apropiado para grupos. La zona es muy tranquila, segura, de sencilla accesibilidad y bien comunicada del centro de Sevilla. A él se puede llegar con un agradable paseo o en transporte público (metro, bus o tranvía). Fácil de aparcar y con supermercados y restaurantes cerca. En cuanto al trato con Tomás, todo ha sido muy bueno. Es un anfitrion atento y muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte, resolverte las dudas o aclararte cualquier aspecto. Responde al poco y es muy cercano. Yo recomiendo este alojamiento 100%.

말로 다 할 수 없을만큼 너무 좋았습니다! 세비야는 에스더로 기억될 거예요 :) 5살 딸과 저 둘이서 4박 이용했는데 그동안 에스더가 제 딸을 너무 예뻐해줘서 오늘 체크아웃하고 차에서 작별인사하는데 아이가 펑펑 울더라구요 ㅜ 그리고 에스더에게는 귀여운 강아지 1마리와 예쁜 고양이 3마리가 있는데 매일 오전 내내 아이랑 저랑 강아지랑 고양이랑 노느라 외출은 늘 오후에 했답니다! 아침식사와 커피 우유 등을 챙겨주시고 저는 에스더가 너무 좋아서 2번 저녁 식사를 같이했어요! 에스더는 스페인어만 하시고 저는 영어만 가능해서 구글 트랜슬레이터로 실시간으로 소통했는데 정말 즐거웠어요! 제가 아주간단한 한식을 해드렸더니 저와 제 아이에게 디저트도 챙겨주시고 심지어 맛있는 칵테일까지!! 세비야 도시자체도 너무 좋았지만 저에게 세비야는 늘 에스더로 기억될겁니다! 아참 동네는 정말 안전하고 평화롭습니다! 시내까지는 버스 한번이면 가고 심지어 에스더는 버스카드까지 빌려주셨어요! 담엔 아이와함께 여름에 방문해서 에스더랑 수영장도 같이 가기로했어요:) 그리울거예요 에스더! 제 아이가 옆에서 많은 키스를 보냅니다:)

What stands out immediately is the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of Enrique, Maria and their two (grownup) children. The apartment is light, with a large outside terrace…. a big plus in the right weather. The bed and bedding are lovely and comfortable. The location is excellent if you are travelling by car as the roads leading to the apartment are very spacious and of course you have the private parking. It is also a good location if you are using public transport or just want to walk into the centre. One small problem could be if you are a light sleeper, as there are bars across the street which can make the late evenings a bit of challenge.

The apartment is in a nice quiet street with easy parking. There are restaurants and shops a short walk away and it’s a 30 minute walk into the main part of the city. The apartment had all the basics you need, a comfortable bed and good showers. Very good value for money.

Padrona di casa unica, mi ha fatto sentire come a casa mia. Super disponibile, amichevole e simpatica. Posizione tranquilla e si può arrivare in centro con i mezzi pubblici in poco tempo.

이 숙소의 가장 큰 매력은 창밖으로 바라보는 풍경 입니다. 새벽에는 일출도 볼수 있고, 저녁에는 멋진 야경이 눈길을 사로잡습니다. 또한 숙소가 대로에 위치하여 접근성이 좋아서 주변을 도보로 이동하며 관광하기에 제격입니다. 다만, 씽크대가 너무 낮아 설거지하기 애로사항이 있으나, 음식을 많이 해먹지 않는다면 큰 문제는 없습니다. 적극 추천합니다.

Très bon accueil et hôtes attentionnés. Appartement qui correspondait aux photos. Très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pied. Très proche de l’aéroport, et Jesus nous a gentiment commandé notre taxi pour le retour. Bel environnement où se situe le logement. Merci je recommande !
