Great location in Shinjuku! Quiet residential area, was maybe a 10 minute walk at most to public transportation. Really cool house that fit 9 of us pretty easily

The facilities are very good. The rooms are quite tight and some don't have any wardrobe or space for our suitcase. Plenty of bathrooms and overall very good.

Jkp was extremely helpful and responsive. The location is great - 5 minutes away from the subway. A few minutes away there were very good local restaurants and cafes. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We would be happy to visit again. Highly recommended!

Very nice host and nice place for large group (we were 2 families of 6, 12 total with teen kids). Nice clean home. Showering was a little tricky with our large group as we had to time it with others because even though there are 2 showers, they share a common area. Plenty of hot water. Train station and convenience stores not a far walk.

Me quedaría aquí otra vez sin dudarlo. Buena comunicación, muchas tiendas cerca, cafés cerca, tranquilo, limpio, fue un buen lugar para nuestro grupo de 7 personas, sobraba espacio! Gracias por la comunicación y por permitirnos dejar nuestro equipaje por horas extras!

Staying at K’s place was wonderful! Very clean and specious enough for a group of 10 people. The neighborhood of Sasazuka was lovely and lively, we enjoyed exploring the streets around us with cute Café shops and beautiful surroundings. The hosts were very responsive, kind and helpful. Eri was the best host and very accommodating. She showed up to greet us when we arrived and made sure to answer any questions we had. The layout of the home is amazing and allowed all 9 of our guests to have their own private room. Location was nice and quiet.

We stayed here with my family and another family. The place was spacious to accommodate all of us. It was clean and had all the amenities. The place was in the heart of it. Don Quijote is down the street and there were limitless options for food.

Loved our stay at Akira's property. It was the perfect location, quiet yet a short train ride into the city. Well suited for our group of 7 people. Bathrooms were clean and beds were very cosy. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at JJ House. Very clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. Close to the train stations for both metro and JR and close to shops. Almost on the river with beautiful cherry trees. Amazing all around.

ゴールデンウィークに家族（妻と2歳の子供の３人）で利用させていただきました。 施設は古民家の趣を残したまま、素敵にリノベーションされておりました。また、清潔感もあり、小さな子ども連れでも安心して快適に過ごすことができました。お部屋からの眺めも素晴らしく、日常を忘れてゆったりとした時間を楽しめました。おかげさまで、とても思い出深く充実したゴールデンウィークとなりました。 今回は季節的に利用できませんでしたが、敷地内のプールもとても魅力的で、次回はぜひ夏に訪れて、家族でプールも満喫したいと思います。

とても広く、カラオケ、サウナ、バーベキューと全てを存分に楽しめました。滞在中は雨でしたが、屋内でできるバーベキュー小屋があり問題なく行なえました。15人での宿泊でしたが、ベットの数も十分あり快適に休めました。

素敵な古民家で楽しめました。 また利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。
