We have a indoor game room with table games, outside is corn hole and frisbee golf. Outside hot tub, dining, gas fire pit and BBQ. Backdoor hiking and TRT trail crosses our street. Very quiet, level and easy to access location. The house has 1 bedroom upstairs and one downstairs each with queen beds. There’s also a common area upstairs with 2 twin beds. There is one bathroom with shower and laundry. Ideal for a small family or two couples. Parking for 2 cars max.

The private beach is great for families has a large play/ swing set area, picnic tables, swim platforms, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes and bocce ball, are available on a first-come, first-served basis. MAX person allowed at this home is 7 people. No outside gathering past 8 pm

Our sunny cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood 1.5 miles from Tahoe City. You can walk to town in 30 minutes or drive in 5. The house is on a lot with large trees and a great sled run in the backyard. It is within twenty minutes of ski resorts: Palisades and Homewood. Also close to Nordic skiing (Paige Meadows), sledding (Granlibakken), biking, river rafting, hiking, beaches, golfing and water sports. Ask me about the good thrift stores in town. :)
