Our popular "gastropub" local is only 100m from your door, and a well-stocked village shop with Suffolk-sourced produce and all the essentials is just opposite. There's a farmshop and nursery in the village, plus a children's play area over the road. Enquire for bike hire.

This charming recently modernised two bedroom end-terrace holiday cottage in the centre of the village conservation area sleeps up to four guests. It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo and Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, with the magnificent Minsmere RSPB reserve just 8 miles away. Up to two well behaved pets allowed. Note: there are 2 padded low beams and steep stairs.

This charming self-catering cottage offers cosy accommodation with plenty of natural wonders and attractions nearby. It features lovely views of the surrounding picturesque meadows which offer wonderful sunsets. The cottage has a large garden and driveway offering private parking and the woodburner makes it an ideal cosy winter escape.

The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

We have 2 bedrooms, a shower room, two toilets and a fully fitted kitchen plus washing machine. Wifi throughout. Enclosed and secure garden. Harrow Cottage has been converted from a Suffolk cart lodge to create a pretty holiday cottage tucked away in the stunning Suffolk countryside. Carefully restored to preserve the original character of the former cart lodge, Harrow is a semi-detached cottage with lots of natural light, stylish furnishings, cosy living area with a wood-burning stove. We have developed a Prairie garden in part of our garden and guests are welcome to walk through the Prairie which is at its best from May.

Due to the authentic nature of the cottage it is not suitable for infants or the infirm with its Suffolk brick flooring.
